I had high hopes for the RSP Nutrition QuadraLean Thermogenic Fat Burner, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. After using it for several weeks, I haven't noticed any significant changes in my weight or energy levels. Despite following the recommended dosage, I didn't experience the promised boost in metabolism or fat-burning effects.Moreover, I found the serving size to be quite large and cumbersome, especially for someone sensitive to stimulants. The energy boost, if any, was minimal and didn't last long. Additionally, the taste of the capsules was unpleasant, making it hard to take them consistently.Considering the lack of noticeable results and the inconvenience of the serving size and taste, I wouldn't recommend the QuadraLean Thermogenic Fat Burner to others looking for an effective weight loss supplement. It simply didn't deliver the promised benefits for me

Over the past 20 years or so I have used many, many, MANY different thermogenic / fat burners, and in 99.999999999% of the cases I have had some negative issue with all of them. This is, legitimately, the BEST thermogenic I have EVER used, hands down! This may be the only one I've ever taken that truly gives a "clean" energy when you are using it and does not make you feel like you just took a bunch of meth. I think anyone who has had a negative reaction to a fat burner knows what I'm talking about, and can tell the difference between "clean" energy and feeling like you are cracked out of your mind / wired / nervous / anxious, etc. RSP's QuadraLean gives you a clean burst of energy throughout the day yet lets you maintain focus and clarity of mind while you are going about your business. It gives you a great sweat if you are active and working out, but also lets you still do normal tasks without making you feel like you're going to pass out or explode. Also, this may be the ONLY fat burner I have ever used that did not severely screw up my stomach! Almost all other ones I have tried in the past make me feel sick to my stomach or worse. There is definitely an appetite suppressing property with QuadraLean, but it doesn't screw up your whole stomach to where you literally can't eat at all. Would highly recommend this product and am extremely impressed with how it has been working!

My Husband and I prefer products that work for both of us and RSP nailed it with this thermogenic! I have a higher tolerance for caffeine than he does, so I take it two times a day as directed and he takes it once in the morning. It doesn't make either of us jittery at all. Both of us love the product and have enjoyed great results with it. We are both active mentally and physically in our day to day, and this product helps us to stay focused and energized throughout the day. We both do intermittent fasting and this product helps to suppress our appetites which keeps our caloric intake even more in check and helps us get thru our fasting period each day. It's also a really great value for the price you pay. Other thermogenics we've taken in the past haven't worked as well and are typically more expensive so if you're looking for something that actually works well and you want the best bang for your hard earned buck.. this is it!

It works and does exactly as described.

I’ve been using this for almost a month now and it’s an ok product. The first time I used it (recommended serving) my body was feeling intense. It felt like I could feel my blood flowing through my vines and I am not sensitive to caffeine! I lowered my serving to 2 pills once a day for about 3 days. Helped a lot with the weird feeling but I didn’t feel like it gave me any energy. So the next week, I took 2 pills in the morning and another 2 pills around 3-4pm before my workout. I didn’t feel like it did anything special until I stopped taking them. My workouts didn’t feel the same and my body felt very fatigue. I went back to taking the same dosage 2 pills twice a day for another week and my body just feels less bloated. My workouts went on longer without even realizing it. As for actual weight loss, I can’t say that it works because I haven’t lost any significant weight since taking these. However, I think these are pretty good for an energy boost. Also, I have noticed that I have been getting a lot more hungry. Not sure if it’s because of the longer workouts I’ve been doing or if these actually help burn more calories or spend up your metabolism, either way they are worth a try.

I've used it multiple times in the past year - always works in the same manner each time, and I'm pleased with those results. 1. I get a remarkable energy boost within 15 minutes of taking it - no nervous stomach, no side effects. 2. I take (3) capsules about an hour after breakfast and no more the remainder of the day. This dosage works best for me because that's when I need the energy boost and the appetite suppressant. If I take it after Noon, it could interfere with my sleep. 3. As mentioned, I use it for the energy boost and appetite supressant qualities. My experience is that it doesn't directly cause me to lose weight. I do experience weight loss but, that's because I'm not thinking about food all day and 'grazing'. 4. I only take this for a 3-4 day stretch, no longer. 3-4 days gets me back on track with good eating habits. I lose a few pounds so I'm motivated to stick with it. I just don't like relying on it beyond 4 days because I prefer to develop my own personal stamina to continue the good habits.
