Ozean 12 LTR Under Sink RO Water Purifier with Storage Tank and Fauset Tap

This is a steal at this price, i am using it since last three month, working perfectly without a single issue, got it installed thru urban clap they have charged 399 inr but installation was smooth, built quality of ro is very good, if anyone looking for under sink RO, go for it without a second thought.

Don't buy. This is made of poor quality material to keep it cheap. On first day itself, the post carbon filter cracked and started leaking badly, the pressure tank valve blew up and tank stopped filling up. God knows what else is going to stop working now. Customer service is kind of rude. No please, no sorry. They took my address details on whatsapp casually and then, nothing happened. No further communication or no replacement.

Good for the price.. but following issues1) sometimes when the tank is filled the machine turns off and on several times on its own. I think it's coz of low quality HPS2) if Ur kitchen counter is thick (more than 2.5") then u will need to buy an extra nipple to extend the threaded bottom part of the tap. It's hard to find the part outside, u will have to order it from the seller.3) seller is not very friendly and doesn't speak English well so I'm concerned about it's warrantyOther than that it's a good product. Water taste is good and does it's job

The item was supplied with a dead SMPS. Pressure tank lacked "O" seal and leaked. The filters were not assembled, no blue seal clips were installed, and no manual or instructions provided.

Very dissatisfied during installation, product delivered by Amazon promptly, was happy to receive a mail from seller, there ended the nice part,During installation there was additional charge which was accepted and paid, but there was a glitch with the system.... membrane was defective, the installing person(authorized buy seller) was sure there would be no replacement from seller as the installation happened outside the 14 day return window.... anyway as the machine requirement was urgent went ahead.. then the problem with float.... installer said ift without work with this system.. so another charge for the same ... finally machine working but with lot of waste water the ratio appears 1:3 .... totally dissatisfiedUpdate..... got a call from company. On 12 dec 2019... assuring further service.....appreciable....... issue with waste water sorted...... updating mtr review

I bought this primarily to connect to the fridge. It worked and now coming close to a month of working well. Pressure pump works well so that water flows to fridge with some force. The faucet part of Ozean box is a good thing to have. This RO system from Ozean works well. Installed by urbanclap.

The media could not be loaded. This is very worst product I did a big mistake by purchasing this brand first of all when technician installed this it was not working properly technician check found micro switch defective replaced new after that membrane connection was wrong that also rectified finally found there was water leakage from water pump.When I asked seller he said to courier that pump to seller address which located in Gujrat, courier charges are more than Rs 1700/. Totally disappointed with this brand.

The product is really good, especially when compared to its rivals, its been a pleasure.Would recommend oZean to friends and family.
