Extra lumbar support is perfect
Good quality and great value. Nice, firm cushions and the lumbar pillow is more substantial than similar chairs I looked at, which is right for me. The height of the neck support, as designed, is not for taller people (I’m 6’1) but I slipped it over the top of the chair and that’s working well enough. Overall I’m very pleased.

NO QUESTIONS GET IT FRIEND!!!!
I love itttt real bad. I was looking for a chair for my work /gamer station and this is perfect. It matches my living room Decor. I'm so excited it is comfortable. I love that. I can adjust the height. I prefer to sit low, so I like that, it gives me the option for the height adjustment back support is a is really, really good. Going to buy another for my daughter! Shes also a gamer!

Good for the value, not as supportive as I would hope
This is an overall great chair for the price point, only issues I had with the design was a few screws on the underside loved to come loose frequently, but I've since fixed this issue. After having this for nearly a year I will say as a med student who sits at my desk a whole lot, it sadly is not as supportive as I need it to be for my low back and my neck. The pillows are a bit too small to really help, or are just at awkward positions for me personally. The only other thing that I didnt realize would bug me was simply that the arms do not move out of the way, and you could not simply remove them without disassembling the entire seat. So to anyone looking for a chair thats comfy for long term sitting and you have back problems like me before you even purchase, I would recommend paying the extra buck for something better suited for your needs pain wise, back pain aint no joke.As for positives I really like its tension settings when it comes to wanting to lean back/that mechanism, when laying back the pillows are a bit more supportive.I give 4 stars bc for the price point its a totally solid gaming chair, I think its really just incompatible with me/my desk set up specifically lol

Comfy gaming chair for long hours
Comfy, sturdy, easy to put together BUT easily stains!! I have NO IDEA how there are black and blue marks allll over this chair when I always sit on a blanket? Anyway. The back and neck support are super comfy. Also adjustable!

Good with some issues.
Chair is mostly good with some quirks. The leather/covering material has torn slighly after only a few days of use. Not a fan of that. Also, one of the screwholes was busted. No matter which screw I tried, I could not get it to tighten properly. I think that's also the reason for why one of armrests is slighly lower than the other. It's not a huge deal, but it definitely bothers me. Assembly is also a bit of an annoying process where you have to hold up the back, which is quite large, while you fasten the armrests in. I'm not sure if that's the fault of this product though. I haven't assembled any other chairs before.
