A slightly larger grain than that i usually buy and variable in colour, shades of gold and light brown. I like the taste, i usually rinse and soak 10 mins in case of bitterness, but didnt detect any in this case. Wd recommend

Always buy this brand for my quinoa and couscous. Great value for money as can get the bigger packs. Quinoa shells come off easily when cooked compared to other brands. Repeat customer.
