Hv bn cooking in it regularly at least once daily every day for last one month since I bought it.The handles are bolted to kadai with durable grip. The lid is nice and properly fits the mouth. The bottom is round but shallow, so good for both deep fry and shallow fry. No induction base.The red color has come off slightly but that didn't affect the nonstick coating.Some suggestions for better maintenance - Clean it with a mild soap like hand wash and not dishwasher detergent as they are harsh for nonstick surfaces. Use nylon scrubs like the one provided with this, not scotch brite scrubs. Never wash it while it's still hot, let it cool first. There is a soft grainy feel. I still wanted to try it out. The bottom sticks even when adequate oil is put. I cannot return it since it is used.
