AQUANIQUE871980012792 Pump, Black

I purchased an AQUANIQUE 575 GPH Pond Pump on May 30, 2018. It worked very well every day, 10 hours a day, until December 28, 2019. At that point, I had to lift the pump out of the water and let it suck air and then put it back in the water. Every day. Contacted Customer Service via Form Submission - Aquanique Contact Form and was sent a new impeller. Free.June 2020, two of the tabs on the impeller housing broke. I again sent a Contact Form and ended up ordering a housing. Pump worked OK until about a week ago when I again had to lift it out of the water to get it to start pumping. Not sure about the warranty length. Customer Service was helpful and prompt, but I do not believe it is still covered. I decided to order a different pump. Just tired of messing with it.

The media could not be loaded.  We used the first pumps for about 5 years before started having problems with the impeller; think it was the chlorine that reacted with the plastic. With such good luck with this pump, we replaced it and purchased a second one for the second water feature we put together. With 3/4" flex hose used for discharge, it made a big difference in flow from the older 1/2" hose originally used. My 'video' file was too large to attach, sorry. Yes, I would recommend this AQUANIQUE 575 GPH Pond Pump for your water feature project.

I've had several of these. They seem to last me about 6-7 years, running 24/7/365.This last time I ordered one, I got it and hooked it up, but it kind of "self-destructed" when I cut the power on. The impeller just kind of flew apart inside the pump. I returned it and Amazon shipped another one within a day or two. I think that was just kind of a fluke. The replacement has been running ever since without any issues. I'll probably buy one of these again in 6-7 years if they still are available.

I don't think it is moving 575 GPH at all. I have built a filter and it is right next to the pond and it doesn't really seem to move that much water but it does work. I am not that concerned with that because it is one of 4 filters on my pond so I didn't need it to be super strong I was just trying to get the water a little more clear and it did that. The water is now crystal clear with the filter I built. I have only been using it for a little more than a week so I can't speak for how long it will last.

Have been using this brand for a number of years now,, always reliable. I tried to upgrade to some other model that was really a piece of junk did not come with the correct parts. This came right on time (thank you Amazon) I assembled it in a jiffy, plugged it in, perfect result. It's pretty easy to keep clean there is only one part to take on and off when you clean it. Love it..

Our pond holds about 400 gallons, with a 3 foot high waterfall (split 2 ways). The 500 gallon pump did not push enough water to give us a nice 'feature' or aerate the pond for the fish. We purchased this 1200 GPH pump and it can really move our water! We had to put in an adjustment valve, because there was so much flow that we could not hear each other talk :) The mesh bag helps to keep the debris out.

been running for a few weeks now no problem.we had a similar 560gph model of the same design run for about 3-4 years so unless this craps out im going to list it as 5 starsplease note we clean the pond about once a month, 2 months tops and we dont run a filter on it just the cage it comes with

Coupled this with a UV sterilizer to clear up my 600 gallon pond. I’ve been in the aquarium hobby for more than 40 years. This pump is solid and quiet. Great flow! Really moves the water.
