The reason this is half the price of the official mount is because in reality you're actually only buying half the of the official mount (or close enough to it anyway).This could lead to potential vibration problems (as in my case) as the small rubber feet of my Beam One makes zero contact with any part of this particular stand.This would be fine if the stand itself was suitably dampened but it's not, meaning the hard casing of the Beam rests right on top of the hard metal surface of the stand.Unfortunately, this design caused me some unbearable vibrations, no matter the EQ settings (the scene in No Time To Die where Bond is recovering from the explosion at Vespers grave was particularly bad).I spent ages trying to find a solution and at one point I actually thought my Beam may have developed a fault.In the end I found the only fix was to slightly dampen the contact points between the bracket and the wall and dampen the contact points between the bracket and Beam itself.I decided to cut a small piece of thin foam underlay to size but also considered cutting up an old bicycle inner tube too.This solved everything with the only problem being the small retaining screws could no longer get purchase on the underside of the Beam.As a result, I just added a bit of tape between the back of the mount and the back of the Beam so that some amount of force would need to dislodge it.It’s just a pity I had to do this as the mount should really come with a rubberised area to prevent vibration, especially as the Beams rubber feet are not used with this particular mount design, unlike the official mount which is the full size of the Beam.If you’re happy to modify the contact points then this is a healthy saving on the official mount and as a result I’ll be keeping hold of mine.Overall it’s a well built solid mount with nice packaging, clear instructions, quality fittings and a useful carboard template.If they’d only ditch the included spirit level and use the savings for a couple of pieces of thin rubber here and there it’d be a winner. Had I known of the vibration ‘characteristic’ before buying I may have just spent the extra on the real McCoy?At the end of the day I’m okay with it now all the vibrations are gone and the modifications are invisible… others may not want the hassle though?

Solidly built, spaces the Beam out from the wall a bit, has two small screws to keep the Beam safely mounted. No complaints at all and a bargain in comparison.

Pleased with physical quality and very good value.The wall fixing slots are horizontal on both sides meaning it is easy to move Left/Right but there is no scope to adjust the level. This is critical if placing just beneath a TV above as the gap between them must be parallel otherwise the installation looks cock-eyed.Horizontal slots one side and vertical on the other would make installation much easier.

Great, sturdy product. Easy to install. Important to note is that the soundbar will not sit next to wall. Fantastic value for money!

Great product, easy to install and well priced. Was fixing this to a concrete wall and used the fixings supplied. No vibration even when the volume is turned up high. Strong and steady and I like that this bracket is supplied with screws to hold the Beam to the bracket.

Item arrived on time, well packaged including detailed fitment requirements, template, level, screws etc.good quality product, holds the Sonos beam very securely with no vibration issues. I also have a 2nd beam which was fitted with the OEM Sonos mount, this alternative is just as good. Highly recommended
