Absolutely wonderful!
I had one of the larger Artisan mixers before getting this one.. I adored it, but it was huge! So, I pre-ordered the Honeydew Mini.. Itโs delightful, I adore it! To me the Mini is the size of a normal everyday mixer. The Honeydew colour is stunning. The only thing I have purchased extra is the silicone sided beater, really because it saves having to scrape the sides of the bowl. Itโs not essential though, just a little less time consuming. The parts (except the bulbous whisker) are now also dishwasher safe (my previous Artisan wasnโt) and they wash great in the dishwasher, no blemishes on the bowl at all. Just a fantastic machine, I tried many before going to the Kitchenaid brand.. none really compare to it.. itโs far superior than any others Iโve tried. I canโt comment on the bread kneader capabilityโs, as I have a Panasonic breadmaker.. another fantastic machine if anyoneโs considering purchasing a bread machine (Panasonic SD-ZB2502BXC). All in all, Kitchenaid really are worth the extra money you pay for them.

great addition to my kitchen gadgets
wasn't sure about buying this mini, but only have a small kitchen so thought I would give it ago. it is great. love the colour. does everything I want it to do. have made some great cakes since getting it. very easy to use

Thrilled and delighted!
I never ever believed that I would be able to afford a Kitchen Aid mixer like the ones one constantly sees on television cook shows. But, I was browsing the mixers one day and one of the options was to buy the red mini model for just under half price as the box was slightly damaged. It was a no-brainer.I am thrilled with the quality of manufacture. I have been happily baking since its arrival and I find it quiet and easy to use. I did purchase the scraper beater as an add on and it really reduces the need to stop and scrape down. I only have a small kitchen but my mini sits out on display and ready for use all of the time, taking pride of place on my granite worktop.

Good
After a month's use - love this thingOnly comments:Be sure the bowl is fully seated before turning on. Ours was in position but not threaded, and the paddle bore into the metal bowl, clamping it to stand. These things are powerful! Took ten minutes of careful prising before it released, but had I moved slower, it would have chewed itself apart. Still - seems to be working fine so (apart from a bunch of scratches and chips in the paddle)Size is good. Fits in small kitchen with ease. Kneads 500g wholegrain loaf (with 350ml water) in about 20 minutes

Love my mixer
Really pleased works perfectly, using most days. Feels really robust and cope with bread dough well. Whisk good had to get the edge mix part for cakes but overall really happy

Brilliant KitchenAid
I wanted to put my KitchenAid away in a cupboard, so the Mini was the only size one that would fit. The others were too tall. And I wasn't sure if it would be big enough for the batches I want to do, but I'm managing OK. 24 cupcakes is a comfortable max, a 10 egg mixture (36 cupcakes) is a bit too much for it to handle. But it's brilliant and has revolutionised my baking. Love it.

excellent quality machine
much more quiet than other machines. Easy to use and clean. The bowl is a joy to handle. Attachments go on/off easy and the controls mean that the mixing results are exactly as desired.

Perfect for the small kitchen!
This size is perfect. We have a small flat and bake for 4 or 6 people max. You can make 16 cupcakes EASY - making a batch of 24 in one go might be tight. Looks superb, and I know this machine will last years. Only problem is that it does make noise on high speeds even after calibration (penny test)
