This is an exceptional replacement for the more expensive Natural Calm brand. Absorbency is equal, and the flavor is great (although a wee bit sweet and strong). I mix it with about 3-4 oz of water as more of a shot before bed. I got the orange and it’s pretty good. Packaging is a little cheap, but I’ll gladly give up fancy packaging for superior product. I’ve been using the other brand for over five years and saw this when I went to reorder. The thought of saving money got me to try it, and I’m glad I did. Excellent replacement! This was just under $20 when I ordered.

I take this product every night before bed... it tastes good in tea or with bubbles for a little fizzy drink. I recommend it for sleeping and supporting muscle health.

I could this as a recommendation from somebody I know. I have had trouble staying asleep at night for years and I wake pretty much every hour. Since taking this, i have immediately been able to sleep straight through the night. I am very sensitive to any supplements and such but get no weird feelings/side effects with this. Just wished I would have paid attention to the flavor as I hate orange anything but it is so worth it for finally being able to rest.

I've been looking for a replacement for the Peter Gilliam's "Calm" I used to buy. (They changed the formula and it is not up to par anymore.) This is about the closest I have come. It does at least taste better than most, but don't be fooled. It does not fizz at all. It does seem to work pretty well on my muscle cramps. So I am glad to have found it.

This is my first time trying this product. I bought Natural Calm brand for years and really enjoyed the orange flavor. But since learning they've changed some of the ingredients due to customer reviews (maybe that isn't true by looking at label shown in the Amazon decription), and due to the price increase, I thought I'd try this brand to try and save a few $$.But ... after using this for (4) days now, I Do NOT like the aftertaste! As my headline states "eeewww". Don't know how else to describe it but "perfumey". To my palate, it's like it's there's not enough orange and too much odd sweetness. (And I have used stevia as a sweetener for decades, so it's not like I'm not used to the taste of stevia.) Maybe it's the amount of stevia that's used vs. Natural Calm. To deal with the perfumey taste I just don't breath in after drinking it, and then I quickly drink another liquid to get rid of tha darn perfumey aftertaste. Not sure I'll order this again. Maybe after a couple months of daily use I'll get used to it.

I have tried a few of the powdered magnesium supplements and this one by far is the most pleasant tasting of them. It does the trick in the bathroom whoohoooo ! Buy it

Great taste and at a better price than the well-known brand. Will continue to re-order.
