The capsules are easy to swallow. My daughter swears by this for improved cognition so I am trying it too. L-ergothioneine is relatively new on the horizon of health supplements but I am looking forward to its benefits.

Easy to take, and I noticed positive results pretty guickly. I'm a chronic pain patient, and I did notice a marked improvement in my daily pain level after only maybe the beginnina3g of the 3rd week. I do feel as though I didn't sleep quite as well, but probably because it gives you more energy too... I just wish it was less expensive as o can't afford to continue it every month which would be optimal

Just started taking but so far so good👍🏽. No side effects, bad taste or anything off putting. I watch PBS often & was enlightened at the magnificent properties of mushrooms especially being an anti-cancer agent. I have very high inflammatory markers with my autoimmune issues & wanted to add to an arsenal of preventative measures.

This substance occurs naturally in mushrooms, some much more than others, but seems to have fairly unique qualities and be beneficial for brain health. I have not seen it marketed by anyone else. It is expensive, so I don't use it every day, but I do consider it one of my essentials.
