These little pans are great! They are thick and sturdy, very nice quality. I got them for use in my little sweet shop and used them for the first time for a coffee cake filled and nearly overflowing with streusel. I was nervous that the cakes would stick even with a coating of Baker's Spray (nonstick spray with flour) - as experienced with so many pans - and not be sellable. Happy to say they came out easily and completely in tact (tip: remove cakes while still warm!), looking adorable and delicious! They sold quickly. Now that I've tested them and see how well they work, I will be getting more so I can make many cakes at a time! They were also super easy to clean and stack for compact storage.

I needed small pans to bake small cakes and this set caught me. Great price for four items, and I can say that the quality is just as I wanted to have. Even my soft dough did not stick to the pan and release was so easy. I have to make dough without eggs (my son has anaphylactic reaction to both yolks and whites) so I have to replace in with banana or flax seeds.... And dough becomes sometimes so weird, heavy, doesn't go up much.. such as this chocolate mini-pie as here on the picture. But it didn't stick to the pan - it's fantastic! Love it! UPD: washed it with no issues. I wash all my pans with such delicate surface with baking soda, pour the water and let soda to dissolve. It takes about an hour to make all grease washable with no efforts.

loved these little pans, made mini fruit cakes for gifts, I wish they made some a little larger, somewhere in between these, and the standard 9 or 10 inch ones. good solid product ; a little tricky getting the cook time right for such a small pan , but the results were perfect. This is the perfect way to introduce people who have never tried fruit cakes, because of the cost, to become fruit cake lovers. As far as we are concerned, this is the true look of a fruit cake; not a loaf pan. .Thanks again

These pans were almost perfect for making my Christmas bubble bread recipe. The only issue I had was removing the bread from the pans. However, I think I might have a fix. If the pans were two piece, I think they would be perfect. Thank you!

Liked the quality, a bit hard to fill without a pastry bag.

These came out perfect! I’ll be ordering more. These were actually delivered a bit early and I immediately cleaned them and mixed up a quarter batch of cake batter. 👌🏾

A lot smaller than I expected. I thought I read that these 4 pans would make 1 angel food cake mix. These 4 pans only make a 1/4 of the cake mix.

I actually ordered these thinking they were the 1/2 cake sized pans. Instead each hold around a quarter size of pound cake. My husband told me to keep them and we could freeze 3 and eat one. It is hard for just us two to finish eating a whole pound cake. I will still be looking for sturdy pans that will make 1/2 regular pound cakes. These are so sturdy and nicely coated, they will be a joy to use.

They were a lot smaller than I thought. The thing to remember if you should not put too much batter in them because the batter rises and covers the hole. Normally if you put the proper amount of batter, it should be the size of a regular muffin.

Don’t buy and use this if you’re making chiffon. Looking at the images used to sell this item, it looks like it works with chiffon but it doesn’t. They collapse and is inedible. I thought it was my cake batch, but next couple times I seperated half batter to the tins I usually use. Every time these ones fell flat. Original Tins came out perfect. I do not recommend for chiffon cakes/angel cakes

I don't recommend it, it rusts very quickly.

I was really excited to use these new pans but upon using my usual chiffon cake recipe, the chiffon cake came out extremely rubbery only on the sides in contact with the pan. The top side of my cakes were baked as normal except for the sides. Will not be using again
