I've had plantar fasciitis for a number of years now due to a sudden weight gain. I lost the weight, but the bottoms of my feet have deteriorated to the point that I can't walk barefoot. I got these splints yesterday, and tried them last night. I bought the Large for my size 10 feet, and I need to pull the anchor straps all the way to secure my feet and legs, but I am secure. Sizing is perfect. I like being able to reverse the straps with the dual reversible buckle anchor points. Maximum adjustability. After putting them on and wearing them for a few minutes I was able to tell where to make further adjustment for a perfect fit. I increased the side tension several times to get it just right. I was able to wear them for several hours, but I didn't even try to sleep. The tension is painful, but it's supposed to be at first. When I took them off my feet felt good. Today they feel much better than usual. I'm going to try to progressively wear them longer until I can sleep in them. Oh...don't try to walk in them...that would be foolish...

My other night splint broke after months of use and I decided to buy this one. I wear a size 9.5 shoe so I ordered the medium brace. My foot just swims around this thing. The straps don’t tighten enough. I tighten the straps as as far as they will go and I can pull my whole foot out without unbuckling. Not happy with this purchase.

I'm a ladies shoe size 10-11 depending. So I ordered a Large. It was far too big and loose. I downsized to a medium and the fit was much better, less cumbersome. The straps are still a little lose, mainly because I have skinny calves and ankles, but this boot is just what the doctor ordered.

The splint is bulky but it is doing the job it is supposed to do. I definitely notice less pain when I get up in the morning and try to stand were as before I could not even put my weight on my foot.

Well, this require time and patience to have true results. So 4th week out of 6 weeks, the pain and ache has calmed down however, foot ache starts in later afternoon. This may need a few more weeks than 6 weeks period. Will see next few more weeks.

Great product. My foot doctor recommended this when insurance wouldn't cover one. I wear it at night and find it helpful.

I like the product but it was to big. I wanted to order a smaller one but was out o stock
