Funny thing about Lenox...
It's a nice bowl. But there's a funny thing about Lenox, or at least the Lenox website. Although the paperwork that comes with the product says they will replace a piece if you break it -- which is a really nice guarantee -- the address you're given to to register your product is a dead link. And after you find the correct current link and fill in the online form, you find out that this web page is non-functional, too. Thinking it might help Lenox, I wrote and pointed out that their web page isn't working. They didn't write back.

BEAUTIFUL fine china, thrown into an oversized box with no proper packing and NO Lenox boxes or packaging. Was in a million pieces by the time it hit my door. Unbelievable that anyone at Amazon would back fine porcelain like this. VERY Disappointed... in Amazon.. not Lenox.

Insufficient packaging - 3 of 8 arrived crushed.
5 of 8 bowls survived by a miracle. Totally insufficient packaging! Very disappointing! Large box with heavy stickers on side - obviously not heavy at all - and a few scrunchy papers were thrown into the box to supposedly, aid with impact during transport… Nothing around the bowls…The thin paper dividers were dispersed around in the box with the bowls….and ended up in a corner. Ample space to roll around…a miracle that any survived. A five year old would have done a better job… Where is the QA/QC? Training? The two stars were given for the bowls that survived. Love the simplicity of the pattern. They are pretty.
