Very nice. The customization was better than expected.

Just received the pen. It a great gift with a beautiful inscription! Worthy to note is that the pen works like a fountain pen where the cap is pulled off and you are ready to write. This is unlike the common Cross pen and pencils where you twist the top to begin to use the writing instrument.

Cap does not fit when in writing position.cap falls off when writing. Thought the cap was defective Contacted seller. They said not defective just the way the pen works. Contacted the manufacturer Cross and they verified that the cap does not fit well on this particular pen. No where in your product information was this fact mentioned. I purchased as an engraved product and have been advised no return privileges I Have been an Amazon customer and Cross pen user for years. This is worst product of any kind purchased from either company.
