Cool concept, HORRIBLE design, cheaply made, and dangerous
First off, I must say that I am NOT a Bzz Agent and did NOT get this for free in return for a review post like every other review on this toy. I am just a regular consumer that bought this because my 8yr old daughter asked for it for xmas. I will, however, provide an honest review.I only give this one star for the fact that it is a very cool concept. I wish the design was such that it could be enjoyed without constantly chasing after it and getting your fingers grazed by the blades. I really can't understand all of the 4 & 5 star reviews here.First, it did not come in any identifying packaging. Just in the box it was shipped in, which seems sort of strange to me. To my surprise, it did come already charged so we didn't have to wait to use it the first time. I'd give half a star for that if I could.I tested it out with my brother (also an adult) and we played with it for about 15 min before we got sick of trying to "get the hang of it". It was very difficult to control. It works by pushing air downward and if you put your arm under it, or a book or something, it will push off of that and go up. The problem is my arm is barely wide enough to provide enough surface area for it to push off of. My brother had the same problem. And it seems to fall faster than it can push off again, making you come into contact with the blades (ouch!) I could see this being a bigger problem with my young kids. Once it gets off track, it goes crazy! It buzzes out of control in whatever direction. I know the button on the little base is supposed to stop it, but we kept forgetting this and just ran after it trying to regain control. I can see this also being a hazard for knocking things (and breaking) off counters and/or shelves. It does seem to be durable while flying as we had MANY crashes. However, I don't think it would be durable buried in a toy box as the Styrofoam is quite thin and flexible. It would be ruined if accidentally stepped on, which could happen easily while you're chasing it.The blades are dangerous! They spin very fast and there is nothing that keeps your fingers from getting tangled in them. Again, I know you're supposed to use the button to stop it, but if you're trying to regain control of it because it's flying away from you, you can get your fingers smacked. Initially, I smirked at some of the reviews that talked about the blades, and I thought, "Oh my gosh, how bad can they be, they're plastic?" I soon found out. Ours fell on the ground behind a file cabinet and I, stupidly, went to pick it up and got my finger in the spinning blades. It felt like I got cut, although it didn't, but it did throb for a while after that. It seems like whenever it falls on the ground, it falls upside down with the blades facing you, which makes the stupid little "catch stick" on the other side pointless as you can't get to it because it's turned the wrong way. How hard and costly would it be to design this with some sort of screen on either sides of the blades? I don't think that would interfere with the airflow at all. I can see my kids trying to constantly chase after this trying to get the hang of it, and then writing it off after a few painful encounters with the blades.I have no idea how you could get it to hover around your whole body like the kid shows in the video. Something is doctored there because it just doesn't behave in that way. It also just goes up and down, you really can't make it go wherever you want like a drone or quad-copter. It doesn't do flips either. It simply hovers over something.Lastly, it is just not aesthetically attractive. It looks like some homemade toy out of Styrofoam reclaimed from the trash. The stickers do not stick to it well and were peeling off right out of the box. I'm not sure I'd pay $5 for this toy, and I will certainly be sending it back. I will find a better drone/hover toy for my daughter with a real controller, where the blades stop once you let go of the controller.

Neat, but Didn't Work Out For Us
Bought two of these, one for each of my boys (ages 9 & 10), for Christmas. The first one broke the first week and the other broke not long after. If I had known they were made from styrophoam I probably wouldn't have purchased them because my boys are...well, they're boys lol. They really were neat while they lasted, though.

Ok toy.
It is very noisy and have not yet been able to get it totally under control. It does add excitement to the house, as nobody knows where it will go. You need to be very careful with this as it is only made on foam so I'm not sure how long it will last.

Not what I expected, but still awesome
This was much smaller and a bit more flimsy than I thought it would be. But, I love it. This is a birthday present for my 6 year old nephew, but I'm having far more fun with it (I'm 32). I'm buying one for myself right now!

He does not like it at all
*Real purchase, was not given as a free item. * Played with this thing before I gave it to my son and wanted to return it. Last minute decided to keep it because it was one of the items he really wanted. He does not like it at all. It does not work well. It flys in every direction, but the one you are trying to get it to go. The blades also are a safety hazard. So needless to say we will probably be returning it.

Great indoor flying for cold, windy days.
My son got this for Christmas and is really enjoying it. The vectron Wave charges quickly and flies nicely. Can withstand just about any crash. Be aware, it is not really radio controlled - it hovers and you make it move by placing your hands beneath it. The radio controller only turns it off. This can be used indoors.

My kids really like this. But the battery usage time is too short, the use of the voice is too big..

Fun once you figure out how it works
Worked OK but very hard to figure out how to opeate from the instructions. Almost better to ignore instructions.
