Does this come with half-height, full-height or both brackets?

The ones I received came with both brackets.

Are the slots qsfp or sfp+?

They can support 10Gbps (sfp) and 25Gbps with SFP-128 cables that I use to connect server to Synology NAS (both with this Mellanox card). I don't believe that they support qsfp because I believe that would be 100Gbps (I believe you have to move up to the ConnectX-5 card for that).

Can this card be installed in a "generic" server or only in an OCP system?

They can be installed in "generic" server if it has required slots.
