Updated review! In my original review I mentioned that I was concerned the small size won’t last a long time. It’s been a month since my purchase and I have only used 1/4 of the tin. So 1 tin would last me 4 months! I have very very dry skin on my legs. If I don’t moisturize my skin will look like the Sahara desert. I got both the body butter and body yogurt to try out. The body butter is so moisturizing and not greasy at all! And the mango scent is so nice, it smells like fresh mango not artificial mango scent. By far the best mango scent I have ever smelt. And the scent doesn’t linger all day! My only complain is the size of the body butter. It’s such a tiny container. Good for travel tho.

I decided to try this body butter because my skin gets very dry, especially in colder weather. I’ve used lotions before, but I wanted something more nourishing. The texture is thick and creamy, but once you apply it, it melts into the skin and absorbs pretty well. It does take a minute or two, but after that my skin feels soft and moisturized without feeling greasy. I usually apply it after a shower, and it works especially well on dry areas like elbows, knees, and legs. The shea scent is light and natural, not too strong. A little goes a long way, so the jar lasts quite a while. If you have dry skin and need something richer than a regular lotion, this is definitely a good option.

Raised in the UK, which was scattered with Body Shops, their butters and cleansers were my staple. This was back in the eighties. I could not find a Body Shop about in the vicinity where I resided here and as time passed, had made do with other alternatives. Now retired, I found time to seek out the nostalgia I had been left with all those years ago that brought me many beautiful memories. Their butters are the thickest I have come across and sink right into dry skin very quickly without any hint of greasiness. Perfect for my aging self. The scent lasts quite some time but is not overwhelming. I purchased the body mist to go with it to add extra flare! I have very sensitive skin and these products do not irritate. You really don't need to apply a lot at once, a dab will do you because it spreads with ease so it lasts forever. In a world of overpriced perfumes, lotions and potions, I find the price to be on point especially when you catch them in a sale! Who wants to break the bank to smell lovely? Thank you Body Shop for your gorgeous products and innovation! You have a lifelong customer!

I've been using The Body Shop products forever, they are my favorite, this body butter along with the other flavors are divine. They all smell great and your skin is always feel smooth it's not to thick, and just the right consistency! The mango is my favorite 🧡 I will continue to purchase these fabulous body butters!!!❤️

Amazing scent and very moisturizing. The manufacture date was a couple years ago- which I wasn’t wild about- but the quality doesn’t seem impacted

As you can see on the left (which is the old product) I clearly LOVED their body butter and used every bit of it. I noticed they changed the packaging, which is fine, I actually like the new style better, it looks a lot nicer. However I immediately noticed that the smell was odd, I thought it was just because I got a different scent, but you can barely smell the strawberry, it mostly smells like unscented candle wax. I thought maybe when I put it on it would be different, but nope it's very strong and my husband even noticed and said "What is that smell? It smells like really old, expired lotion." Also when applying it, I had to really dig at it to even get some out and even when warming it up by rubbing my hands together, it still is very hard to apply. The consistency is literally like if you mixed lotion with wax. It even left my body really sticky, and I put it on before bed, it is still sticky to where my clothes are clinging to my skin half way through the next day, and I still smell like unscented candle wax. You can see in the second picture the comparison in the texture of the old formula on the left and the new one on the right. I will obviously be returning this, especially because I don't like how hard I had to rub it in and it was tugging and pulling on my skin which obviously isn't good for preventing future wrinkles. I'm really really bummed about this, because I have never loved a body butter so much I that I actually used the ENTIRE tub, so now I have to go on the hunt to find a new unicorn.

This product is a miracle. I initially ordered it for a rash I keep getting on my hands. It is helping and the rash seems to be dissipating in the mean while the blisters don’t hurt and burn so much and the skin on my hands look so soft. I tried using this on my face and not even a week later the results are shocking. It’s made a noticeable difference with easing vdeep wrinkles and totally took away the smaller lines around my eyes and mouth !! Nothing they are gone. I’ve bought some very expensive skin care products and not one product I’ve wasted my money on has come even close to these amazing and visible results I’ll use Hemp from now on every day. This product is the consistency of “Vick’s” so use very sparingly. The jar is small but because a little goes a very long way you get more than your money’s worth. I believe you will be pleased with this product both for annoying rashes as well as a beautiful skin care product. The smell is not that great but disapates quickly leaving a pleasing trace odor. I also take 2 Hemp pills every night to help me sleep, now I sleep so deeply and I sleep through the night now waking up feeling great “well rested”. I’m so impressed and thrilled that an age old product has so many uses and with n beautiful results. It seems that as the years have gone by Hemp is being used to help with so many medical issues. How impressive can Hemp products continue to be, and in a very healthy way too. Hemp works for me. I love it. Give it a try I’m glad I did I think you will be too - h

I'm a long-time fan of The Body Shop's body butters, and the Satsuma scent is a great addition to my routine. The product delivers exactly what I look for in a deep moisturizer, especially for dry spots or during colder, drier seasons. The texture is rich and creamy, more of a traditional body butter than a lightweight lotion, which is excellent for intensive hydration. It does require a little massaging to fully absorb, but I don't mind that trade-off for the deep moisture it provides. Once rubbed in, my skin feels incredibly soft, and I find the hydration lasts well throughout the day. The scent is definitely the star here. It's a bright, fresh, and authentically zesty citrus—it really smells like a fresh satsuma orange. The fragrance is strong enough to be noticeable when applying and for an hour or two afterward, but it fades nicely into a light, pleasant trace scent that isn't overpowering. If you're sensitive to heavy perfumes, this one is vibrant and uplifting without being cloying. I've been using it primarily on my arms and legs, and the texture has been fantastic, leaving my skin smooth without a sticky residue once it's fully absorbed. This tub is on the smaller side, but because the butter is so concentrated, a little bit goes a long way. I use it more sparingly than a regular lotion, so I expect the jar to last a decent amount of time. It's truly a nourishing product that makes my daily moisturizing feel like a small self-care ritual. This is a five-star winner for me and a great choice for anyone looking for deep hydration with a fantastic, energizing citrus fragrance.
