I’ve been looking for a firmer neck wedge as the ones I’ve had in the past are too soft. I love that it’s adjustable and firm but soft enough to not hurt. I have headache issues due to my serious lack of neck curvature. This reduces my use of migraine medications. I use this at first sign of a migraine caused by my neck issues and it usually takes my headache away after 30 mins of laying on it. It feels so good and refreshing to have your neck in its accurate and normal curve versus my terrible straight up and down position. It’s honestly one of the best neck products I have. Love it. I always use it on my upper back since I have a hunch back from poor posture. Helps to loosen up my extremely tight spine which helps me better correct my posture issues. Well worth it. This is a great product that is so helpful for the neck and upper back pain, especially after years of working in front of a computer and looking down at cell phones tablets for hours.

So I've been using it for a few weeks. It's been ok. I have a bad neck and back due to work 🙃. I have a 50% loss of curve in my back and 120% of curve loss in my neck. Been trying all sorts of things get out of pain. So I decided to try this out I'm not 3 months in yet but been keeping it up. It definitely hurts and uncomfortable for the first 2 weeks. First few time I get horrible headaches and head rush but not surprised because my neck is bad 🙃. Trying to correct it going to take time but didn't like going to chiropractor spending a bunch everyday i go. Plus having to go without taking time off work which is also a pain. This is simple only few mins a day I can do after work in comfort of my own home. The wedge is sturdy but soft and gentle to the skin which I do like. Plus there is 3 levels of the wedge with it being able to help depending on how bad the curve is or place of correction of curve. It's easy, I thought down a yoga mat or a blanket on floor and place it in back of my neck where I need it use a timer on my phone I can listen to music for a few mins. So far so good.

As a Chiropractor that specializes in corrective care, I can say that this cervical block works great on my patients. It's design is not supposed to be comfortable, but to facilitate the remodeling of the cervical curve. I have been personally using it for two months now with my family and just ordered more of these to sell in my practice. I especially like the option to ease people into each level as appropriate. Whether before a patient needed to buy each level of care separate and these were usually more costly, these three-in-one have all you need to progress your care and help reduce pain into a single unit. Not only is it practical, but it saves both, the Chiropractor and the patient money. I highly recommend this cervical block.

I initially questioned how pieces of foam can correct the cervical spine curve and diminish my neck pain. Used as directed by a chiropractor’s recommendation, I was pleasantly surprised on how this orthotic has helped me.

I just started seeing a chiropractor to help with some minor back pain in hopes to improve some mobility. After doing xrays, the dr recommended indicated that my neck curvature wasnt what it should be. Since I work on a computer all day...I am used to hunching over some, and not paying great attention to the positioning of my shoulders/neck/back. He recommended a Diner Roll (or something like that)...but wanted significantly more money for it than I was interested in paying. After looking this up, I brought it in and made sure this would do the same thing for me. Ive used it a couple times, and I would say for SURE error on the side of underuse. I went for like 10 minutes on my first day and my neck was sore for like a week. Either way, seems to be well made, pretty soft, but also holds form well so it seems like it should hold up well. Havent had another xray yet to know if my neck has improved in its curvature yet, but will surely update if I have good news.
