Handbook of Clinical Anesthesia
T**A
It's Barash... without the fluff.
"Baby Barash" has all the information you need from the full-length size Clinical Anesthesia textbook without all the historical background, studies, etc. For an anesthesia handbook, this is a pretty comprehensive work. Not sure how much changed from 6th to 7th edition, but this one is good. I have the textbook version of 6th edition and now this handbook version of the 7th. Barash is great, but please, for the sake of your patients, never lean on just one source!

Great quick reference, but doesn't replace full text.
Not as detailed as the full text version; sometimes that's good though because I can find information quickly, but sometimes it's bad because it lacks major detail on some subjects. For the price it's worth having a quick reference in your pocket for drugs, cardiac, pulmonary, etc. But it in no way replaces the full text version.

The book was for a particular region
I was disappointed as the book was a South Asian Edition and not the region where In live and study. Sadly, I had to buy another copy here.
