Life altering after first use
I have had increasingly very itchy, gritty feeling eyes (one was especially bad), constant feeling of something in my eye especially around the lash line and corners of eyes. I do not wear contacts, although I do wear glasses when driving. Thinking I had contaminated eye make up, I threw it out and could not even think of wearing it again in the future. Even without wearing make up I was in pain with gritty something in my eyes feeling. Splashing water did not help and often got gunk I was trying to clear right into eyes. Although I do not like to touch my face and eyes in particular through out the day, I was rubbing eyes red for momentary relief and visible debris would loosen up, and hopefully not back into eye. I was coating my lash line with petroleum jelly to at least contain the debris from not being quite so scratchy. I was losing eyelashes. Both corners of my eyes especially outer corners were especially painful. I found out able eyelid wipes and foam, well known brand eye dr's recommend for cleaning gunk from irritated eyes. That helped a few days, but the products were very drying, it was not long that even using those throughout the day my eyes went back to being irritated with a vengeance. On waking, my eyes which have always had some sleepy debris would be matted shut and painful. I thought about essential oils and I have very good body and face wipes and cleanser I am happy with using and anti inflammatory natural oils are in them, but was not sure if they were OK for eye area, it seemed they could be too strong, especially for painfully inflamed eye area. I do have a heated eye mask to take the sting off some but it was becoming less effective as my eyes got worse. I was on the verge of going to the eye dr not hopefully they would have relief I have not already tried.I received this product right after dinner yesterday and immediately put to use. I used several times last night in place of the well known dark blue box wipes and foam I was constantly using. Each time, eyes felt better. There was less gunk to clear each time and eyes were become less pained. I did one last thorough wipe before bed as part of washing face and other bedtime rituals. I woke up this AM, of course I had sleep debris and needed to wash face, but I was not in pain, and only minimal redness from days of aggressive eye rubbing I tried not to do. It is late morning now and I could use another wipe, but again I do not feel gritty or pain like I had just the day before. I suspect I will be near cleared up this weekend and will only need to use wipes at part of normal AM and PM washing up. I think I will be able to wear eye make up again soon. Thank you Dr. Jenna and company, I hope my review reaches the doctors that formulated this product and I am grateful to have relief now and hopefully a cure in sight (pun intended).UPDATE 1 - I have used for 6 days. My eyes look normal, no longer red, inflamed or pain. They do feel a little worn as if I spent the evening in the smoking section.UPDATE 2 - It's been a couple weeks, I have been using AM and PM as part of face washing and taking off make up and sometimes a quick wipe during day if I feel a bit of grit. No pain, eyes feel normal. I have plenty left in bottle.

Best Makeup Remover
Heyedrate eye makeup remover is the best makeup remover that I have used. The formula is gentle on the eyes, has quality ingredients and plus it is organic. I highly recommend this product.

I love this company but didn’t work w/mascara
I wanted to love this, because I like that the company helps those with bad eyesight & also I love 2 of their other products I use for my Dry Eye disease. I’d give the product 3, but an additional star because I like the company and also it may work for someone else. This doesn’t work with my waterproof mascara. It works on my eyeliner and eyeshadow. I don’t like the oily residue inside my eye I sometimes accidentally leave from using this as directed. I LOVE their soap for washing off my eye makeup and regular cleansing of my face. I also love their hydrochloric acid. Both work great with my Dry Eye Disease.

Removes makeup well
I use this product by dipping a q-tip into the bottle and rub each end on an individual eye after having taken a shower and washed my face. It removes the excess so well and leaves my eyes completely clean. I’ve had issues with chalazions in the past and having to surgically get them removed (basically a bad eye stye) and knew it was due to not properly removing makeup paired with overactive oil glands. This product does leave an oily residue so I always wipe away the excess with a towel before I open my eye. One time I woke up with a tiny whitehead stye in my eyeline after using the product before bed. In a panic I popped it but luckily it went away and I haven’t had any other issues like more styes or swollen pores since then. I prefer this eye makeup remover over others because it is so sensitive and doesn’t make my eyes burn or water because of it’s all-natural ingredients.

This actually REMOVES eye makeup
This is the BEST eye makeup remover I have ever used. It's very gentle on the eyes and removes every trace of make-up. I love it and have it on my reorder list.

BURNS! AVOID!
This is the second product I’ve bought from this company that is garbage. First off, this doesn’t work to remove eye makeup AT ALL! I applied it, let it sit for a few seconds, then took a cotton pad and swiped...and swiped, and swiped, and swiped. There was nothing on the pad! Second issue is that this has burnt the crap out of my eyes. It’s been half an hour and my eyes are fire engine red and streaming with tears. I’m honestly angry at this point, at the company for lying about their so called “gentle” products and for wasting money on this trash. I will be paying a visit to my eye doctor to make sure I don’t have a chemical burn.

Good for sensitive eyes but hard to get makeup off
The instructions say 2 to 5 drops on a cotton ball. I found that I needed to use more like 10 drops and it still required a lot of scrubbing and it was still difficult to get my mascara off.To be fair, it is pretty good for sensitive eyes and did not make my eyes hurt but wasn't worth the effort to get my makeup off.

Love it, works well
I have found this to be the best eye makeup remover for my sensitive eyes and think it’s a good product. I use 2 small drops (per eye) on a clean finger, gently rub the eyelid and lashes, then wipe with a clean cloth. This method works best for me and I use less product than putting on a cotton pad first.

Fantastic for dry eyes
I was hesitant to buy this product as it is very expensive, but was suffering so much from dry eyes that I couldn’t wear makeup and using normal makeup remover left my eyes red raw, extremely dry and painful. After my eyes had recovered I used this eye makeup remover and it is very gentle and the oil means it doesn’t dry my eyes out.I have been using it for a few weeks now and haven’t had any issues since. When it arrived it was much smaller than I expected. It suggests us using 3 drops but to remove my makeup I have had to use two makeup pads with 3 drops twice on each eye in order to have enough of the oil to remove my makeup. However I would recommend this makeup remover and won’t be going back to others now as this is perfect if you have issues with dry eyes.
