I bought this pair of black canvas sneakers to be my house shoes, and they are the best pair of shoes I've ever purchased. They are so comfy, that I can wear them all day long, and not get tired in them. The lightweight, simple, down to earth appearance, and good traction make for very pleasant walks around the house. They are easy to put on, and I enjoy how they mold to my feet and keep them very loved all day, like a good hug. Just when I think my feet might get tired, it seems that I get that much needed hug to keep supporting me for much longer. Even if that sounds silly, but I really feel that they do just that. They are flexible enough to adapt to all the walking you do in them, and keep their shape just fine. It's like wearing the most cush pair of socks you can find, in a pair of shoes. They do have decent arch support. The material being canvas, is quite breathable so that any sweat or odors don't get trapped inside the sneakers when wearing with socks. If for any reason they should smell or otherwise stain, they're easy to clean by spot clean, a good scrub in the sink with a soft brush, dish soap and cold water, or a quick spin in the washer. I wouldn't dry them in the dryer, so they keep their shape easier. The canvas material dries quickly with a house fan. I totally recommend anyone who is thinking about getting a pair, to not hesitate or wait. Just get them, you'll thank me later.

These light-duty sneakers are perfect for casual days, pairing well with everything from shorts to sundresses. The canvas is a slightly-silky tight weave. The stitching tight and neat. The innersole is a thin piece of canvas-covered foam. I wear an 8.5 in active wear sporting shoes and ordered an 8, as half-sizes were not available. Without socks, the toe could use a tad more room and the heel a little less, but after a day of errands, they had begun to break in. I'm really happy with this purchase at this price point.

I think of these shoes as good quality for a good price. This was a purchase to replace my most comfortable pair of black tennis shoes, but I wanted something less sporty than typical athletic shoes. These will work fine for what I need. I wanted some shoes to just throw on with my jeans and run around in. Needed a slim fitting and lightweight shoe for running errands in, nothing clunky or bulky, and that's what this shoe is. It was very stiff fabric-wise when I first put them on. It took some time (one day) to get them pliable enough to wear comfortably. While wearing them for the first time, I could feel the sole of the shoe was a bit lumpy and not centered under the right shoe properly, Could really feel it when walking, but I really wanted to like the shoes so I kept wearing them throughout the first day. I ended up keeping the shoes on the entire day and well into the night just because they became so comfortable on my feet that I did not want to take them off. It sounds strange, but I don't notice the sole being slightly off anymore. I figured I'd pay at least this much for some junk canvas slip on at the major discount chain anyway, and with these, at least I'm getting a nice looking pair of lace-up tennis shoes. I think they are worth what I paid for them here on Amazon.

At first I thought they were too long. They aren’t. I have very very high insteps (arches) of my feet and I really have to pull these on well to get in (as I do for most shoes) but once in they are fine on my arches and are comfy knockaround shoes. They are not supportive running shoes. I not walk 4 miles in them. However, I reach for them all the time and have even worn them swing dancing! Great light little sneakers!

Poor quality, run small and interior lining comes loose on first wearing. Would not buy again.

I did not like them too soft of a heel.

Shoes run in perfect size. I heard everyone complaining about the size, but maybe they fixed that problem? Ordered them Oct 8 and got them Oct 11!!!!! I am not sure if its because I ordered two pairs of shoes or if they ship that fast for everyone. I ordered a black and red and the black is a nice dark black color and the red was a sexy bright red! Love these shoes. I have not worn them yet but i tried them on and they feel comfty and look niceeeeeeeee like omg becky lol especially for 13 with the shipping and everything. I saw buy them :-P Oh and for all the people saying it "smelled like chemicals and i needed to wash them" uhhhhhhhh they smelled like new freaking shoes like what the heck are you talking about with your chemical nonsense. I love new shoe smell and i can smell them all day and the shoes didnt even have like a super strong shoe smell, it was like going to a shoe store and buying them. People just like complaining about everything -_- but again, maybe they fixed whatever the others were smelling. Idk but i like these shoes! :-)

Bit more kelly green than lime green but look great.

As stated above, size is magic. Unusual, sizes differ sometimes.

Purchased half a size bigger and they fit really well. Nothing rubs and they are comfortable. I will be using a canvas shoes protector to try and keep them looking good.
