Could not be happier with the quality

Over priced
This was much lighter than expected. My So. In law and daughter like it but it was not as I thought it would be for the price

Nice quality
I really like the quality of this sign. My only complaint is that the screw heads require a square bit, which should have been included, or just make the screws slotted or phillips.
