Everyone wants to know where I got these brackets. Even the Spectrum installer was impressed. I handed the box to a contractor; just because he was already mounting my television; and everyone on the remodel project was instantly involved and examining my cable box mounts. The brackets are thumb-screw adjustable; to a point; so making them snug is simple. Just choose a model in the appropriate range of size. The metal frame and welds are super strong. The quality of materials and craftsmanship is excellent. Installation is idiot-proof, assuming the idiot is not mounting anything too heavy onto drywall. There are limits, but cable boxes are in no danger of pulling out of the wall. The kit came with 6 parts to assemble 2 adjustable bracket ends. The intent is to wrap all around a box. We found that using 1 open end as a sort of big flat cradle was enough to support the new smaller cable boxes. For me, the 1 kit mounted 2 boxes. We had plywood blocking behind the drywall, so the 2 original screw holes were enough. The Spectrum installer pointed out that the longer assembled end neatly fit the new DVR cable box and the shorter bracket end fit the standard box just like someone had made the brackets specifically for the purpose. Indeed, someone certainly had. If you have a flat screen TV and sound bar on your wall, you want this bracket to hide your cable box behind the TV. It totally works. The new remotes only need to be in the same room. The final look is impressive.

I ordered this mount for a DVR so that I can mount it to the ceiling of our garage. This one works perfectly for what I need it to do. I would have purchased a shorter height size if I wasn't mislead of the size of the DVR. Unfortunately I bought the items together so I wasn't able to measure the DVR before purchasing the mount, I solely based the size from what the product dimensions are on the description. The install was okay, since it is mounted to the ceiling I was having difficulties the first time because the adjustable depth keeps extending or falling down due to the gravity, the only way I was able to work around it is by tightening hard the plastic screws. It would have been better if there was a different way to secure the brackets. The entire time I was tightening the screws I was worried I would crushed it with the pliers. Overall the quality is great and I am satisfied with the bracket! Which is not entirely true. If you happen to have this DVR I suggest to get a shorter bracket, I had to secure the device with velcro straps.

This is the exact product I was looking for. Needed to put a new cable box but wanted it to look nice and neat and to be put in a limited space area. This mount allowed me to conceal all the wires and cables. It has a nice sleek profile. I went 1 step farther when I mounted it. I could have mounted using the screws that came with it but opted to use commands strips instead. I bought strips that would allow me to hold a maximum of 16lbs, which this cable was well under that weight. Worked out perfect no drilling or screwing and allows me to remove the box effortlessly because the command strips are velcro which allows you to remove box and put back in if you ever had to service it. I have submitted before & after pictures.

This wall mounting system is very easy to install, this modal is used for my DVR CTT system. Also got another smaller one for the Version home phone system. Both worked out well and mounted on plywood base easily. When mounting to wood surface, need to tap a starter hole or screws will break. Highly recommend this for mounting units to the wall.

I bought this product out of necessity to prevent my toddler from constantly pressing the power button on our Xbox while we were gaming. After installing a HIDEit mount for the Xbox, which securely tucks the console out of reach and sight, I was so impressed that I decided to get the universal mount for my TiVo as well. These mounts are incredibly easy to install and make a significant difference in tidying up my entertainment area. Now, my TV is mounted on the wall with zero visible wires or devices—everything is perfectly hidden behind the TV. I highly recommend these mounts for anyone looking to declutter their space. The attached picture shows both the Xbox and universal mounts neatly tucked away behind the TV.

Summary: Overpriced, but solid construction backed by excellent customer service and the only product I've found tailored to adjustable mounts to accommodate the xbox and playstation systems. I would buy this again in spite of the price tag. ******** Note that I don't use this mount as it was originally intended (vertical mount). Instead, I use it to horizontally mount my xbox 360 underneath my desk. See accompanying pictures. Function: 5/5 stars. The mount is made of 6 adjustable pieces of steel to accommodate varying sizes. This particular model can expand to fit both the xbox 360 and xbox one. Playstation users need a different model. While this product is intended for vertical mount, it can also accommodate the horizontal mount as long as you provide adequate ventilation. In my quest for a minimalist desk, I found this to be the perfect product to mount my xbox horizontally underneath my desk (see pics). As far as function, there isn't much to say, it works as intended, looks professional, is sturdy. Materials: 5/5 stars. Solid steel, coated to prevent rust. Will last a long time. Price: 3/5 stars. Paying $60 for 6 pieces of metal, 4 screws, 4 drywall anchors and 4 thumb nuts is simply too overpriced. I understand this is a family owned business, everything is made/constructed in America, but I still can't justify the price tag on the simplicity of the materials. It's not even shipped in a box, the materials are just shrink-wrapped, supporting my argument that the price is simply too expensive. Customer Service: 5/5 stars. The owner and creator of the product is very passionate about his business. I emailed this gentleman at 10pm EST and he responded to my email within a few minutes. He then continued to answer several emails regarding questions I had on the product for the next 20 minutes. Wasn't expecting a prompt response, but I was impressed with the customer service.

This is an outstanding product that I would strongly recommend for mounting various electronics to your wall. Instructions were clear and concise and very simple to install. I'm extremely pleased with both this item and this company.
