Missing the upright supports, A,B,G,H,M times two and all the bed slats are missing. We are missing a whole box. We only had 5 boxes instead of 6.Not happy at all!!!

There are a few things I dislike about this bed, but overall I'm satisfied with my purchase! First of all, it took my husband and I about 3 hours to put together; not too bad. The instructions were easy enough to follow, some steps made me think a little, but not too bad. The stairs are reversible, which is awesome! The recommended mattress height says no more than 9in, the mattress in the pictures are 6 in, for reference. The drawers on the side came a little discolored, (shown in pic) but it doesnt really bother me. The screws that came with it seem a little short to put the handles on, I might need to get some longer ones.I do also wish there was a board or something for the bottom bunk, across from the magazine rack. If you dont have the bed pushed up against the wall, I could see pillows falling off that end.The bed feels sturdy to me (120lbs), so I definitely feel comfortable with my 7 and 2 year olds using this bed. (Also, please excuse that their beds dont have actual sheets, they're being shipped).It's such a cute bed though, and my kids are stoked to have a bunk bed. For the price, it seems fine. I paid $899, I dont feel like it was unreasonable.12 March 2023 update- the bed is still in great condition, it's held up perfect so far!

I was initially inove woth this piece. Easy-ish to put together...for a bunk bed. Within a month part of the bedframe chipped where the screwed in slat was. This bed is for my 30 something lb 4 yr old. I was a bit dissapointed simce otherwise I was absolutely in love with this design!!

Love the color

Looks good enough and my son loves it. The finish is not great.
