I get very sore and swollen feet and legs. Decided to give this a try. I must say I really like it. It has a very creamy and soft texture and moisturizes nicely. It has a bit of an odd smell when first applying, not awful and I have used other arnica based creams before so not unexpected. After you have rubbed it in to the legs you start to feel a pleasant cooling sensation and the smell changes to almost a menthol smell. I find it really does cool and soothe my tired and sore legs and feet. Bit expensive but a little goes a long way.

This cream was quite thin but did sink into the skin very quickly. The smell is really lovely and uplifting,creating a refreshing and smooth look to the skin creating a feeling of wellness.

I bought this as I was having a hip replacement. I ended up with severe bruising due to a difficult operation. The Arnica 35 made a huge difference in reducing the bruising and swelling quickly as well as making the skin smoother and well moisturised which aided healing.I have since recommended this to others facing similar surgery who have all seen the benefits. A welcome extra is the silky soft skin instead of rather dry scaly skin which I have had after other surgery.A win win product, very good value.

I have used arnica before and it worked, This is not good for pain relief and it does not help with circulation it smells like Winter balm not arnica.Nelson Homoeopathic arnica works

I absolutely love this cream! If your legs feel achy or tired this cream is just what the doctor ordered. Arnica - its main ingredient, is well known for reducing bruising and swelling as well as that 'bruised' feeling that one may have after a fall. The cream has a pleasant smell and has a cooling and refreshing effect on your skin. Highly recommended.

Helps restore circulation and lymph movement. Skin feels awesome.I have to use this in the morning because when I use it at night, for some reason, my legs feel very cold.

This cream is very very minty and refreshing! It's really cooling and even clears my breathing with the eucalyptus / menthol aroma! Probably not for children/ sensitive skin or anyone who doesn't like cooling menthol feeling.

Bought this cream as I bruise very easily. I used every day. My leg feels lighter, they swell less and I noticed a great difference on skin texture and cellulite experience. It also reduce the recovery time after exercise. Great product, I would highly recommend.

Die Creme kühlt sehr stark, das muss man abkönnen. Hilft dadurch gestaute Venen zu entlasten. Wofür sie aber noch super geeignet ist-gegen Mückenstiche! Hilft sofort, der Stich schwillt direkt ab. Viel bessere Wirkung als Fenistilgel. Ein echter Retter in der Not, wenn man wie ich, im Sommer oft gestochen wird.

Ho comprato questa crema rinfrescante il mese di luglio e devo dire che è stato ottimo per chi soffre stanchezza alle gambe è una crema in gel ed è molto rinfrescante la applico 2 volte al giorno la mattina e la sera prima di andare a letto e devo dire che funziona alla grande mi sentivo le gambe leggere e forti . Se absorbe bastante bien y deja un buen olor.

La crema si presenta bene, buona la profumazione. L'effetto freddo dura circa un 20 Min e da molto sollievo alle gambe soprattutto per me che svolgo turni da 7 ore in piedi. Unica consiglio: dosare la quantità di crema da applicare in quanto, se troppa, si ha difficoltà di assorbenza della stessa. Qualità/prezzo direi che ci sta.
