Does this soap have a fragrance? If so, how strong is it?

I am astounded that people say this bar doesn't have a fragrance. It most certainly does have a fragrance that I find relatively strong for a Cetaphil product. It is very similar in scent to Dove white bars.

Is this soap tear free that can be used for new born babies?

I just started using this non-soap and really like it. However, when it get's in my eyes, it is not tear-free.

Does the soap remove chlorine can be used after swimming???

I don’t know how effective it is if you swim for long hours but my kids have been swimming in the pool the last three days and washing them with this soap and then lathering them in cetaphil moisturizing cream after the shower has made a big significance because their skin doesn’t smell or feel dry of chlorine. I would asume yes, but again all skin types are different. I bathe my kids daily with this bar of soap and lather them in the cetaphil moisturizing cream after every shower.
