The battery in my old Dell laptop was not charging anymore. The old Dell is almost 10years old but still works great. Replaced with this battery and it works. I think it even works a little faster with this battery. Battery fits and stays charged

Price is great, installed easily, I am not sure how long it will last so therefore I don’t want to say so far I’m happy with the purchase

This battery is working great in the old dell and the price was so reasonable.

I was excited to find a replacement battery for my old laptop.... but despite being fully compatible, the batter will not hold a charge and I have to continue trying to operate the laptop with the wall plug. When I first got the battery it charged, but only to 20% and then went dead and will not charge at all now.

I was satisfied with the ordering process but was surprised that on the final step of the ordering process that I was not given an option to use another credit card. The battery for my laptop was shipped in perfect packaging and was easily reattached to my laptop. It performed excellently after initial charging. I will continue to order from Amazon!
