Perfect if you dont want to take lots of different supplements.
Just what I was looking for after bariatric surgery. Saves me taking lots of different tablets and theyre not as big as some other brands which I find hard to swallow. All the packaging and labels are in Italian but it's simple enough to figure out that one is for morning and one for evening. Very happy with them.

Great product. This was recommended by my nutritionist as she says it’s the best option in the U.K. and I’ve been taking it since. The pills aren’t too big to swallow. Will continue buying

Not suitable immediately after Bariatrics surgery
Say suitable throughout Bariatrics surgery however they aren’t chewable (taste is unbearable) they aren’t dissolvable and they are bigger than recommended for after surgery other than that they are ideal
