Does this product differ from the medipoint splinter out product line? they look identical on a computer screen, but are are different a pricing point

I believe they are identical... except that with splinter out, you only get 20 lancets and a hard case. With this one, you get 200 lancets. I bought the 200 pack and I think they're great for getting splinters out.

The box does not list a guage, however, they are fine.
