I haven’t even had to turn it on yet and it’s already kept me significantly warmer at work. It’s very comfy and light despite being toasty which makes it very nice to wear even in the car or indoors. The battery pack has easy instructions and seems like it will work well.I got rained on on my way to work this morning too and it wicked the water right off instead of soaking through.

I love that it has heated pockets also. I work in a warehouse that has no heat except for a turbo propane heater that only warms your feet. My husband bought me this jacket and it keeps me so warm. It goes with everything and it’s so comfortable I use it to tailgate also in the winter 🥶 gooo Lions

I gave it 3 stars under the "lightweight" category because it's not. The battery is heavy and the jacket is heavy... but I love it. Most of the time I don't even turn it on, the jacket itself is nice and warm and cozy. But be prepared to lug around a jacket with a heavy battery pack. It's worth it though to me because you will never be cold in this once you turn it on. It's stylish and looks great. I would buy it again!!

I live in a very cold climate. Ordered this heated jacket and although it was on the lower end of pricing it is a VERY nice jacket. I love the way it fits and even when it's not on it's still pretty warm. I like that it is lightweight and water resistant for snow and rain. It's nice to be able to be outside and not freeze! Going to be spending a lot more time outside this winter with this great jacket! I highly recommend it, expecially for the price. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the lights on the buttons are REALLY bright. Not so bad in the day time but at night they are very bright. Might have to stick a piece of electrical tape over it so I'm not blinded. Otherwise, love this jacket!!!! Everyone should have one!

I bought this for my daughter for her for Christmas.She loves it. She said it's the perfect warmth and she stays cold Comfortable waterproof she just loves it. The Size is pretty much Dead on.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. For the first week she had it on all the time. She loves it. It did seem to run a little small. Battery life on Hi is short. Over all a very nice jacket.

The coat is a bit stiff but I expected that as it’s got the heating elements in it. The pocket hand warmers are great. The rest of the coat is mediocre at best. It doesn’t heat evenly. The battery life seems to be as advertised. I thought it might have been to good for the price, I’d do more research if I had it to do it over again.Customer service reached out to send a new jacket. Would buy from this seller again.

I have bought a cheap heated vest before a few years back from overseas. Not very well put together, but kept me warm for the mornings for a while. When it fell apart, I was worried about investing in another heated jacket if it was just going to fall apart again.OH MY GOSHHHHHHHHH this jacket is the BEST. Well made, well thought out, comes with a wonderful battery that lasts me 8 hours on highest heat setting, and MACHINE FREAKING WASHABLE. I washed it and it came out good as new! They have a hand warmer setting that has changed my life. And its also just warm enough that sometimes I don't even need to turn it on!Also the packaging it comes in is awesome! Very wonderful attention to detail on the companies part.I bought one for my mom for Christmas. I will be getting this as a gift for every person in my life. My fiance is getting one to wear when he rides his motorcycle.I originally bought a medium in case I wanted to layer sweatshirts underneath, but there is truly no need. My exchange of the product was super simple and painless. I am a tiny woman so the small has a little give on me, but the sleeves have velcro at the wrists and there is a drawstring at the waist. Also the hood is wonderful and I use it often.I've worn it in the rain with no problem. Snow? No problem. Inside, outside, no problem. It's gotten quite wet and I didn't even have a thought to be worried about the integrity of the jacket or wiring inside. It's that wonderful.I believe everyone in the world should own one of these. It is absolutely amazing. I am serious. I can't stop talking about this jacket and I won't any time soon!BUY. THIS. JACKET.It will change your life!

this jacket is the best of the heated gear we purchased for our staff. from the packaging to the material to overall build quality surpassed expectations. the battery provided is large and can be used to charge your phone as well as the jacket. heated back, chest, and... pockets! separate buttons to control heating zones of pocket is very useful. only disappointment would be the fit for some but as usual i size up when ordering the unknown brands and this XL ended up fitting like a L. the jacket material is very thick. definitely can be used with just a t-shirt underneath in the winter. very happy staff.

Great jacket. The battery lasts on high with both the hand warmers and the other elements for about 2 hours.I purchased a size medium and I wear a size 6/8 (US) top. The jacket itself is plenty warm for walking in -9c with just a sweater in underneath.The hood is a great size (I like them a little bigger so it shields my face in winter blizzards)I will let you know how the jacket holds up to Manitoba winters!Edit: I’ve had this jacket for 4 years now. It’s still going strong, I’ve worn it in -20c no problem. I really like the bigger hood, shields the face from biting northerly winds. It washes well!

I love this jacket and should have purchased sooner. I work at a school and due to covid am spending alot of time outside with the cooler weather this jacket has been a life saver - I love that I can control the heat setting with a push of the button located on the front. The pocket warmers was one of the reasons I chose this jacket over some of the others they work really well. The battery location could be a bit higher so that if I use it on my motorcycle it isn't hitting my hip area when I sit. I purchased a medium and the fit was good, not too tight so I can put a sweater on underneath when it gets to -30 C. Highly recommend!

The first thing I noticed when I bought the coat was how long it took to charge the battery. Even with the original charger, a speed charger, or whatever charger I would use, it would always take 5-6h to charge. It was inconvenient, but I figured I would just charge it during the night. Second thing I noticed was how short the battery life was. With a full charge, on high, it only lasted about 35min. And it definitely did not went up to 60°C like mentioned in the pictures. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement battery. It did not change anything. Now, not even 3 months after I bought the coat, it completely stopped working. I tried contacting the company again but they haven't answered me and it's been a week. I'm not one to usually give bad reviews on stuff that I buy, but I feel like this is worth mentioning. I got the coat on sale, but it was still about $112CAD. The only good thing about this coat is that it does look very similar to the pictures, it's very comfortable but overall, it was a waste of money and I'm very disappointed in this purchase. The coat stopped working a few days after the return window. I would definitely not recommend.

Purchased this jacket last winter and it worked great. It kept me lots warm while out walking the dogs all winter. Kept a charge in the battery during the warmer months but this year I’ve started using it again but the connection doesn’t appear to work for the wire to battery. The battery still takes a full charge and works well but while wearing the jacket, if even the slightest nudge or twist happens near the connection to the battery, it loses its connection and shuts off again. Can’t even keep my hands in the posters because my hand will nudge the wire connection to the battery and shut it off again. It’s too bad and very frustrating because it worked great for the first winter but now it’s just annoying.
