Calcium and magnesium used for pregnancy. Rounded edges, make it easier to swallow. This was recommended to be by a nutritionist. Half a daily dose allowance taken in one dose (two pills), which is all the body can absorb at once. I actually prefer the two pills to one large one because if I eat dairy just before my supplements I can take one instead.
