BoBo Balloon Helio Balloons - Did not Work
I purchased these balloons for a family event and liked the idea of mixing them with other helium balloons.When we put the helium in... the balloon itself seem to be to heavy for helium. The balloons seem to be made out of the same material used for clear inflatable floating devices.The lighting apparatus worked fine however the balloon would just go limp or fall to the ground...we never could get it to float. Also the size of the balloon was approximately 8 inches round inflated of uninflated.

OMG...a lot of popping on the sceen. Just soon as I blew them up they use pop at the Touch...made my job very stressful
