Amazing
I’ve been on the gluten free train for about 3 years. I love Mac and cheese but wanted the convenience of having it quickly. This is so yummy. I used about 2 tbsp of real butter and a bit of half and half, plus a sprinkle of cheddar cheese after cooking the mac. I ate a good amount with NO tummy ache. I’m so glad I bought this!

Best delivery time
This product came the next day and I really appreciated being able to order a full box from Amazon as opposed to going to the grocer who is most often out of this amazing product. It comes in two flavors and I just love it! Great for emergencies or for when the grandkids are visiting. I must have for those who are gluten intolerant.

Best Gluten-free mac and cheese
My children love Annies mac and cheese. Taste and texture very close to non gluten free brands. I purchase it by the case using subscribe and save.

THE absolute best GF Mac and Cheese
I’ve been GF since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2008, and I’ve tried literally every single GF Mac & Cheese that exists, and Annie’s GF Rice Pasta and Cheddar is my favorite by far…I definitely recommend cooking the pasta much longer than recommended on the box (I think that’s probably why some people review it as “chewy” and unfavorable), but as long as you cook the macaroni appropriately (and to your personal liking), it’s fantastic!

Good, but disregard cooking instructions.
This mac & cheese is good, but when it says to boil the noodles for 7-9 minutes, that is not correct. If you only boil them for that length of time, they are crunchy, which is not how I want to eat them. If you do, then go for it! It took me a couple tries to figure it out, but they need to be boiled for 20 minutes. At about the 14-15 minute point, or when the water gets extra murky, you need to stir constantly or the noodles will stick to the bottom of the pan. Once I figured out the 20 minute boiling, it tasted great. No more crunchy noodles:)

Annie's Mac and Cheese is realllllly good.
We're not allergic to gluten! but this gluten free product by Annies is just as good as the chemically, GMO created junk we all grew up on. even the real cheese pasta creations mom used to make cheaper before the production line forced mom into retirement on mac and cheese.I have found ANY Annies product make's Kraft and budget brand Mac and Cheese companies shake and tremble in fear of losses in the mac and cheese market.Quality, taste, and just the natural ingredients required to match the Mac and Cheese thumbs up approval of kids and craving adults. - no substitutes. this is exactly what Mac and Cheese should taste like... mind you. some of the multi-cheese crockpot ones are epic too. but Annie's can probably make that work too.Annies should sell us 1 box to try, to get you hooked on a product. they would make a killing on the single product trial sized stuff - because we want to try all of them instead of buying them bulk. but wow. what a bargain, these are sold in stores in single for like 3 dollars a box.

Blows all other mac & cheeses (GF and regular) out of the water
This mac and cheese is stupendous. I had never had any until I came home the other day and my wife handed me a bowl of white cheddar mac and cheese for dinner. I knew it would be gluten free because we don't eat gluten, so I wasn't sure if the noodles would be good, given that some GF products can be hit-or-miss.I was shocked when I ate the first bite of this. It is creamy and the noodles taste like real noodles--none of that stiff taste that some GF noodles are known to taste like. Another thing that makes this mac and cheese so delicious is that the cheese doesn't clump up like the cheese in other mac and cheeses do. Finally, the cheese has the perfect mix of richness and tartness. It has a nice taste and is a bit unusual (in a good and welcome way) for a mac and cheese mix.The icing on the cake: buying this 12-pack turns out to be $2 cheaper per box than our local grocery store.Downsides (there are a couple):(1) We're down to box 2 of 12. This shipment arrived within the past seven days, folks.(2) I've started making it for dinner now on more nights than I'd like to admit (see #1 immediately above for the result of that). Sadly, when I hand my wife her bowl of macaroni, she always asks with a glimmer of hope, "This isn't the WHOLE box, is it?" But it always is. It's darn near impossible to eat just one serving. So, we end up wasting 80% of our daily calories on whey, cultured pasteurized milk, non-animal enzymes, and sodium phosphate.Essentially, we can't go back to any other brand! It's delicious! And there's no comparison between this and Annie's single-serving microwave mac and cheese; this one is the clear winner.

The best gluten free Mac and cheese!
I have been gluten free for 6 years now (celiac) and I’ve tried just about every gluten free product out there and I always come back to Annie’s. The white cheddar shells are by far my favorite. It’s super quick to make and even my non gluten free girlfriend loves it. I really appreciate that it comes in such a big pack because my grocery stores doesn’t carry it and I like to keep a few on hand for a delicious and quick addition to any dinner. Definitely worth buying!
