The case affixes to itself with small magnets around the edges of the phone.All the ports, buttons, finger print reader, and camera are very accessible while using the product. Also the case doesn't seem to have any effect on the phone signal strength/reception. Watch for the buttons flipping inward when installing. They won't work in they aren't positioned correctly. It actually does seem to have a little bit of an effect on the sound clarity. In my opinion the phone sounds better with more clear sound when the case is on giving it a "surround" quality when playing music or viewing videos somehow. Could be the vibration from the fit?What you probably know:The case has no front glass, so you'll still need a protector for thatThe back is glass so it's just as smudgy as pretty much any high gloss surface and shows every finger printThe magnets are fine for easy use, but will not hold up if the phone is droppedThis is more of an aesthetic protection case not a full protection case (i.e. it will keep the phone surfaces from being scratched from surface grit, but it easily pops open when dropped)What you probably don't know:The fit is very close, but not 100% exact so the phone vibrates/jiggles within the caseBecause of the fit fine dust and debris gets between phone and glass back (but it's easy to pop off and clean)The hard plastic edges on the port cut outs are a little sharp especially the ones around the SPen Dock and Speaker (if you're like me and support the bottom of your phone with your pinky finger you're gonna have to find a new position because it's not comfortable for long periods of time)It's a very slick case (meaning it will slide off of surfaces especially fabric very easily almost as if it has a death wish. If you have a habit of putting your phone on the seat beside you when driving or dining getting ready to hear it crash to the floor a lot. It's happened to me every day for the first couple of days I had the case on. It's a metal frame with magnets and buttons. There is a clear panel for the back, nothing for the front. You will have to get your own screen protector. It's so easy to open, insert your phone, close, and reopen. No breaking of nails or bending of frames. Strong magnets hold the frame together.Pros: Looks cool, you can put your popsocket thing on it, and swap cases easy. All ports are easily accessible.Cons: The phone rattles in the case because there is no rubber or foam to keep things in place. The bottom port where the pen is located, has sharp edges. The case also has a little bit of weight to it making the phone feel heavier than expected.Overall, I do like this case. I got 2 of them only to swap out having or not having a popsocket without hurting my phone. I would not trust this thing if it were to drop and hit the floor. If it didnt rattle and didnt have sharp edges, I would give it 5 stars.
