Hello! Thank you for shopping with us. There is 9" spacing on this tape, giving the option of 2 1/2 or 3 times the fullness.

Q: What type of curtain plater hooks works with it?

Most important I think is that your hooks fit your curtain tracks to make sure your curtains will run smoothly. You should have those (tracks and hooks) in place before you sew the tape to your curtains to make sure the curtains will hang just below the tracks. Then pin the bottom and sew the seam so that they about touch the floor.

Q: Is this click-n-wave tape the r-tex tt31 by rowley?

I don’t know who makes it, but it’s great quality. I used it for 33 curtain panels on regular half kitchen-type panels and it added a dimension of elegance. Recommend!
