Been having this filter installed for over 3 weeks. when I turn on the heat, I get that oily filter smell in cabin. is that normal?

I haven't had the same smell. But I only use the heat in the AM or late night so it's not on for too long

It's a filter, it fits a 2021 Mustang GT

The filter itself is pretty nice. My cabin filter was too dirty, once I got the cap off where the filter goes it slid right in.
