Splendoress Bed Wedge Pillow for Sleeping and Reading

The outside cover is very nice and can be washed. The actual Wedge is not as extreme as the photo depicts, so if you want a deep wedge, this is not it. I needed this for use after eye surgery while sleeping on my back in more or less an upright position. I added pillows on top of it to give me more of an upright slant. Now my friend wants to use it for his nasal issues, which are worse when he sleeps flat on his back with a regular pillow. This somehow gives him the lift he needs. I will add that the wedge is amply wide for either male or female to sleep on, so it's not narrow at all.

I suffer from upper and lower back pain every once in a while and when it starts...it's really bad. I was suffering night and day for about 4 days and I decided to give this a try. I'm not much of a back sleeper but this was AMAZING! I laid on it for a few minutes as my back conformed to it and the pain slowly went away and stayed away all night long. Very comfortable and I even laid on my side once and it was tolerable. When I woke up the next morning my back was 90% better. HUGE relief. I'm not saying this will help everyone since every single person is different- but it helped me and I wanted to share my experience in case it can help someone else. 100% recommend for back pain.

5++ As a side sleeper I was skeptical that I could sleep more than a few hours on my back. Due to chronic sinus issues the only relief was lying flat with my head elevated (e.g., post nasal drip causing coughing or congestion alternately filling sinuses from laying on my side). The wedge is long enough and wide enough that I don’t notice it and sleep through the night - no tossing from side to side!! I place my normal head pillow on top of the wedge. I am 5’6” (the slim edge of the wedge comes half way down my back) and I have broad shoulders (I wear Women XL shirts and the wedge extends about 2 inches beyond each shoulder). Note: I began using wedge about 4 hours after unpacking despite guide stating it could take several days to fully decompress.

I was tired of trying to use a couple pillows to elevate my head and waking up in pain after slipping into a weird position during the night. So I ordered this wedge and have been sleeping very comfortably ever since. It was worth spending the money and I should have done it sooner. It keeps me at the perfect position for my head neck and back and my Nucca Chiropractor is happy that I am doing so much better and holding my adjustments longer now. I highly recommend for better breathing and sleeping.

This pillow is a life saver! I’m recovering from surgery and have to sleep upright. This pillow is perfect! It fits on the couch cushions without hanging over the edge. The cover is soft. I received the pillow a several days before surgery and left the pillow in a spare room to expand. It arrives in a small box so allow time for it to “grow” before use.

I was surprised the wedge is only 7.5 inches high, but it works. I wish it was about 3” narrower, because it would fit better in my recliner. I’m using it to elevate my leg after knee replacement. It works well on the bed. I have not tried to clean it yet.

When I first got this pillow i was in love. it was comfortable, but to me that wore out. I believe its losing its form. I still use it but i dont feel i was worth the $50

Nothing special. Bought it when I had a bum leg. It will help if you are in bed all day and you get sick of laying flat. Unless you are constantly stuck in bed not really worth it. It is big and bulky and not stored away easily.

El material es suave aun así da soporte bastante firme para la espalda. Yo lo compré por indicaciones médicas pues tengo que dormir semi sentada. Me hubiera gustado que fuera más alto pues así ya no tendría que utilizar una almohada adicional.
