Its not soft, or little pockets of soft pillow..... - just a plain mattress protector. Even though I purchased a mattress topper - they sent me a mattress protector instead .....and ripped me off of my $$. It wasn't plush or Overfilled as advertised...….just a flat mattress topper with no cushion.....So disappointed and it's too late for me to return it as it was purchased for a guest bed that will be used starting 12/17. AWFUL!

I've now used this for 10 days. Bottom line: I regret buying it. I also can't return it for a refund because this mattress pad must be unused and in the unopened package in order to return it.Although it does make my bed softer to lie on, it still retains a lot of heat. So even with my AC on blast, I keep tossing and turning trying to find a cool spot on the bed. I also feel like the product description is misleading if you don't read the fine print carefully. I honestly thought this mattress topper was part bamboo throughout, but that's not true. Here's what the package insert states:Top: 40% Rayon From Bamboo, 60% PolyesterFilling: 100% PolyesterSkirt: 100% PolyesterSo there you have it. This is a mostly polyester product that certainly doesn't keep me cooler than before, because it still retains a lot of heat during the night. And now that I found out for myself after trying the pad, I cannot return it for a refund.

Queen size fit my queen well. 11in mattress and it could easily fit up 18 in mattress. Maybe 22in. I'd verify with product description.It's the perfect amount of cushion to add a layer of airy softness to cradle you without changing firmness of your mattress. Has made such a difference. Plush and is exactly as described in product description

I hesitated to buy this based on the mixed reviews. We were looking to help soften up a too-firm mattress. It definitely helps. It is not paper thin as some described - It adds about a half to one inch layer of plush softness, and importantly does not run hot as is a problem for many toppers. (I did not expect for this to provide enough cushioning on its own and am exploring the option of adding a latex foam layer underneath). Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with the purchase.

First the people freaking out about being “ripped off” crack me up. You spent 35-45 dollars did you expect some luxury topper that would transform your mattress? That said it claimed to be over stuffed and ultra soft blah blah, it wasn’t that at all, just a nice cover for your mattress that holds some sort of foam topper down well. I got a 1.75 inch memory foam topper and this to go over it to try and keep it cool and keep it from sliding around. Works great for that. Would love a bit more of a pillowy top like advertised, but I didn’t expect the world for under $50 for a king sized mattress!!The top layer feels really good, it actually does feel a lot like the fabric of a decently expensive mattress, and does a great job keeping the bed cool even with a memory foam layer below it. Worth the money imo, but if you have more to spend you can probably get better. I needed something affordable to go on top of the insanely priced sleep number bed me and my husband just bought, and this along with the 1.75 inch Serta memory foam topper did the trick perfectly!

This is a wonderful COVER for your mattress topper. A lot of the poor reviews here are from people who thought this would itself be a mattress topper, but it is not - instead it is the cover that holds your mattress topper down onto your mattress. We use this to hold our 2" memory-foam topper down onto the mattress. It has a really deep skirt that allows it to stretch over both the topper and the underlying mattress. The materials seems to be of excellent quality - thick and strong enough to do the job, but not overly plush. We love it. Am considering getting another one to replace the flimsy old mattress cover on our second queen bed even though the old one hasn't fallen apart yet.

I am very happy with this product. Comfortable. Looks and feels great. I was looking for a liner that would help with my night sweats through menopause. Although I believe I can't control my sweats, this liner definitely did its job on keeping me comfortable. And I also believe it is help to keep me cooler then the liner I had before. I'm very satisfied.

It made a huge difference in sleep temperature. The first night with our new foam bed we both slept very hot. I woke up actually sweating and that's rare, as I'm always cold. My husband slept very poorly. These arrived the next day and we were so happy with the change. We love our bed now thanks to these covers.

Soft and keeps me cool at night. Great product and well made. Perfect sizing! We have a split king adjustable bed, so each side is a twin extra-long and this cover is perfect for it. Great material!

Me dormí sobre él unos días, desde el primer día sentí un calor fuertísimo, me despertaba con la espalda calientisima , pensé he de ser yo, me esperé otros 4 días más y todos los días era igual, muchísimo calor en la espalda. Lo quite y asunto arreglado. En estos días hacia mucho frío y aun así sentía calor en la espalda.Estoy pensando regresarlo, si es posible.

Love how it stays in place and is super cushy. Wish I could also get it in Queen size for the guest room.
