This HP stylus was designed for my HP ElitePad, and it works perfectly. Worth the price for the exact function and purpose.

battery "eater"
works great with handwrite input. awkward point & click as the tip is hard plastic.battery discharge in less then 2 weeks with rather sparse use. kind of heady andw/o clip or someway to carry it around; there's that button for clicking that neeto stay clear as example.

Absolute Gabage from HP
Absolute garbage. It doesn't work well on my Elitepad 1000 G2.It gets cut on and off and HP doesn't have any driver for this item.

Works as a basic stylus but not worth the money, buy a cheaper one
Bought this for my g3 elitebook, wanted to use it to take notes on a digital textbook. Works fine, but as my elitebook is running Windows 8.1 there's no option to turn off the touch screen for anything but the stylus, so it still picks up my hand when writing. Returning it as it's not worth the 50 dollars for the stylus when the same functionality comes from a 4 dollar stylus pen from Walmart. Also the battery it came with had a date of 2016 and died within 20 minutes of putting it in the stylus. Not a big deal but maybe you should put newer batteries in the packaging?

These pen suck, had it replaced three times under warranty and finally gave up. Another useless drawer ornament.
