Leather Scraps Upholstery Leather (2.5 LB) & 1 "Genuine Snakeskin" Pieces …

Short version:I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering this. I was pleasantly surprised. Good quality, varying thicknesses and colors. Appreciate the variety of sizes too. May use for more than the intention. Will definitely be ordering again.Longer version:The pieces I got range in size from 36"x16" (at it's widest is 16, it tapers to 3") to 6"x6" (not including the snakeskin), 14 in all. There were multiple shades of grey, from light to dark, some creams, a black, a white and a few shades of brown, one of which is highly textured and lovely to look at. They are all soft and pliable and easy to work with. It worked very well where I needed it and wasn't difficult to cut/punch. I bought more than I needed since I didn't know what to expect. I will have extra on hand for any similar projects, but I may be setting aside a few for special crafts. The snakeskin, while fascinating, is too small (3.75"x2") and too thin (think construction paper) to be useful to me at this time. It too will be put aside for a possible special craft, or even to display. I would take pictures but I do not own a smart phone. I highly recommend this product/company.

I have ordered twice so far from this company. Both orders arrived fast (1 week ahead of estimated arrival) and pieces were folded nicely.First pack was 3 lbs, lots of different shades of brown and gray, some black and a few fun unique pieces. Way more pieces than I anticipated. (Picture added).The second order was 10 lbs. Wow! Huge pieces of scraps. Gorgeous colors and textures. Mostly various shades of brown and gray, plus the usual black and white, and the highlight being the multiple shades of blue and orange. Too much to photograph!I make small leather goods for fun (pic) and this scrap size works well for me. Most pieces are thin enough for home machine sewing. Some colors and texture I wouldn't use but they are good pieces to practice new stiches or techniques on. Some pieces have markings that I was able to remove with leather cleaner.Some pieces were a little drier so I used leather conditioner. It is a pack of bulk scraps and its not unusual to refresh and clean leather when receiving it. Don't forget to unfold it and store flat or rolled to avoid permanent creases. 100% recommend ordering these. Will order again (and again).

After reading the reviews of other sellers, I decided to spend a few dollars more and get this item. Couldn't be happier. There is a nice selection of sizes, colors, thicknesses and types of leather. Would purchase again.

I buy pallets of amazon returns, so I know the tags & return bags they use.. This shipment was a returned item, but the quality was decent, so didn't bother returning (I did forget to weigh the package to see if it was a complete 3lbs.. Most returned items have parts/pieces missing )I will order again, but hopefully wont receive returned items

I purchased 5 lbs of leather scrap and am happy with what I received. All random sizes, shapes, colors and textures. Some pieces of good generous size and some really small, but still usable for something. I had read reviews that all the pieces were too small to do anything with, but I suppose it all depends on what you expect to be able to do with it. Keep in mind that you are, in fact, buying scraps. I just received this package, so I haven’t had time to make anything yet, but right now can think of at least 99 things to do with the pieces. Puts the imagination to use. The little piece of snake skin is cool.

Wow. Was not expecting as much as I got! The two photos are everything that came in one 3lb package! The leather feels really nice, differing qualities of softness etc but all beautiful and nice. Most of the pieces are really big! And a few bonus smaller fun pieces- including ostrich leather?! Dang. Very good purchase, I’ll be back.

I know it says scraps, but it also says average size is 2sqft misshapen. Not a single piece in this packet was even close to 2sqft, misshapen or not. It was all nice, soft leather of various thickness and color (hence the 3 stars). Good for small arts & crafts.

Very poor customer response. Pieces too small to make anything other than metal label backgrounds. Very disappointing.

I was able to make new earpads for my headset and still plenty leftovers for other projects.

Received a variety of different leather in different sizes, a lot to work with, they also gave a little more than what i paid for. Overall a great purchase
