Fixed my A/C issue
After replacing my compressor did not fix the intermittent AC problems in my 2015 Subaru Forester, this was the next thing to try. It ended up working like a charm. One thing is that it is quite short compared to the OEM relays so getting back out will require some creativity should it fail in the future.

It Worked!
AC quit working in Subaru Forester right in the middle of Summer. This arrived, it plugged right in and, like magic, cold again inside the Subaru. Simple fix after others were saying take it to the shop.

Forester 2010 - AC Clutch Relay
This fits just fine for a 2010 Forester AC Clutch Relay replacement. It sits a bit short as you can see in the photo I posted. If you press the AC button and see your AC Clutch not engaging, it maybe a relay problem. Turn the AC on and tap on the relay a few times... maybe with the buttstock of a screwdriver. If the clutch engages, and does not engage after turning off and on again, your relay is most likely stuck. Sticky relay. Swap it with the identical one next to it and see if it works without problems. That's another method to pinpoint the issue. This particular one works fine and does its job. Made by Panasonic in Subaru oem packaging. Clutch engaged as soon as I turned on the AC after installation and no more issues. Good luck out there!

Works perfectly
Pros: Easy installation. A miracle cure for my intermittently working AC.Con: Where the old relay was tall enough to grab on to, this new relay installed basically even with the plastic tray it sits in. This won’t be a problem unless I have to replace the new relay. It will be much more difficult to get it out. Now, if the new relay lasts 14 years like the old one did then it won’t be my problem. I don’t know if this next point has meaning but the old relay was blue and the new is black

OEM product
It matched perfectly. I see a lot of the non-OEM stuff has reviews that state those as being smaller in size or that the spades are different. I chose to spend the extra $4 and get the real stuff.

Fits but is short
This is a great oem fit but a little short. Just buy a relay puller along side this. Also buy one of those relays with a light switch so you can figure out what relay is bad.

Fits Subaru Forester 2012 and probaly many other Subbis
Rear defogger was not working... I still don't know if it is because I cannot measure it without removing the reard window trim and all so I figure I'll just wait a foggy day to check it.Symptoms: no rear defogging and light on the button on the dash was not coming on. I swapped the horn and defogger relays - the horn still worked but the defogger refused to so after testing some wiring and fuses, I guessed that a new relay could do it and it seemed to be the case: the light on the button/dash turns on and off now.Let's wait a few more days or weeks, but if you know you need a new relay, this fits the bill - it's good quality and Subaru OEM. You can't go wrong.
