It serves the purpose well, but the quality could have been a little better. There's too much noise on a slightest touch on it, and the voice echoes.. But again, I think this all right for price. Update after a month: I find the noise issue not so critical, I can only feel the loud noise amplify while connecting/disconnecting and if moved too much, apart from that, the jack has been very helpful for me in all my meetings, upvoting it to 4 stars!!

Works beautifully well. I use this at work on one of the desk phones. Please make sure there is an option being the phone for headphones before purchasing. The vendor reached out prior to delivery to make sure it was not a mistake. Asked for make the the phone to check compatibility. Thank you for that.

Incoming voice is good but outgoing our voice is very low, tried connecting different sets no use..

Great product especially for those who spend a lot of time on calls over an IP phone and are not at liberty to keep the calls on speaker. I used to use IP phone headsets earlier and had to carry multiple pair of headsets. Now with the RJ9 to 3.5 mm adaptor, I just need to carry my normal 3.5 mm headphones along with the adaptor which is less bulky. The adaptor is working well with my earphones on Cisco IP phone 7942. Voice and mic clarity is amazing.

Bought it in 2018. Worth the price. It has got some issue now with sound not audible in one ear due to loose connection. But still I rate it 5 ☆ as there are no other sellers for this price range. I am ordering one more.

It works great while I have to listen to long duration calls without holding receiver and be hands free. But, my speech was not heard on the other side (muted). Had to switch to device speaker when I wanted to speak with my Cisco IP Phone Model No. CP-6921.

I have been looking for something like this for very long online and in offline stores. Finally found it on Amazon. This is a great product and makes taking long calls on office VoIP very convenient. My hands remain free to work on the desktop or take notes while the call is on. The build quality of the cable is good and it doesn't feel like either the 3.5 mm female jack or the RJ11 male plug is going to fall out of the cable. Thanks to the seller and Amazon to putting it online.
