Is this for men, women, or for both?, and if it is ok for women, which is better this one or nutri fem?

This has no iron so is good for men and older women near or after menopause because they need less iron..this has higher anti oxidant support.. nutri fem is better for younger women of childbearing age because it has iron and higher doses of calcium, magesium etc that younger women need.. check the thorne research site for more complete descriptions of different benefits.. there is also a meta fem i think that has the higher calcium etc. with no iron so. Three good choices but if you are younger than nutri fem i believe.

Thorne Research has recently changed the labeling on all of their supplements. Although the amounts of ingredients are the same as they were with the old bottle labels, Thorne has now transitioned their supplement facts boxes to align with the new labeling requirements proposed by the FDA in May 2017. iServe's inventory is shipped directly from Amazon fulfillment centers. In this transitioning time of bottles from the old label to the new label you may get either one. The ingredients in Thorne's Extra Nutrients multi are not whole-food based. The nutrients are synthesized, or fermented, or naturally sourced. However, all of the nutrients are bio-identical to their whole-food based nutrient counterparts.

Great quality!

Really liking these multivitamins so far! Improved energy levels, as well as focus. They are easy to swallow, just sucks that you have to take 8. I split mine and do 4 in the am and 4 in the pm. As long as you take the vitamins after a meal, there are no GI issues for me.

Stop buying cheap D-Tier supplments!!!

Top tier quality vitamins. I've been taking these for years and its an absolute staple in my house. I turned my buddy on to these and he couldn't believe how good he was feeling after he started taking these! :D The other vitamins you can buy at the store are just made of synthetic garbage. Thorne vitamins are made with excellent quality ingredients and will help keep your happy and healthy. Probably best to take with food because I've had several people mention issues just taking supplements on an empty stomach.

Excellent Multi-Vitamin

I love Thorne products. Especially, there Creatine and Super EPA with DHA. My only complaint about these is that the serving size is 8 capsules. I started with 4 in the morning and 4 at 3pm. I ended up forgetting to take them. The nutrition in them is amazing.

8 capsules a day ??

Thorne is a great brand but to get all the benefits from this supplement you have to take 8 capsules a day. That is just too many so I don’t end up getting all the nutrition from these daily. I will be looking for a different option and will not repurchase.
