CANT DO WITHOUT
As a gluten-free person, I can't do without my Brazilian cheese rolls! We go through tubs of tapioca flour and it's worthwhile even if I'm making this one recipe! Always high quality and consistent.

This is the most convenient way to buy GF flours
First off, forget using a sharp knife to open - I used snippers from my beading tools and it was so easy and safe to snip through the edge. The lids have a ring to keep them sealed well; I found it best to squeeze the rim on the tub to the lid and it seals nicely with minimal effort (I am a 110 pound petite gal). With a celiac in the family, I have a stash of different flours - most come in bags that have a ziplock front. This bags are awful - you can't scoop anything out of them and if you pour too much out, its tricky to get the excess back in the bag. I can use any size cup measure I want with these tubs, and I can easily see how much is left. The flour itself is fresh - use by date is easy to see. Also, good price per ounce - if you need to bake gluten free you know how expensive it can be so this is important. I wish I'd found these before I bought containers to transfer flours to, and for storing flour blends, but I'm sure I can come up with plenty of uses for these sturdy little buckets.

Use for dog treats
I use this for homemade dog treats. I make my own so I can control ingredients. No salt, sugar, preservatives, etc. Good for those that need gluten free. Have friend that cannot be near anything with gluten. We hike regularly. Able to share our treats with her & her dog with no worries.

Great product — if you can get into the bucket!
OMG. I spent a half an hour just trying to break into the bucket! The directions on the top make no sense — “break at openings” with a picture of a hand wielding a screwdriver at the side of the lid. On very close inspection (after turning the whole bucket upside down and peering under the edge of the lid), there are several indentations in the plastic lid all the way around. I assume that’s what they mean by “openings”. At any rate, a screwdriver won’t break them open; you’ll need tin snips or wire cutters to break through the plastic. The reviewer who said there’s a plastic strip to pull off all the way around must have had an entirely different type of bucket, because there certainly wasn’t one on mine! I’ve ordered potato starch from the same company before in a large bucket, but the lid on that one was different and much easier to open.Once I finally broke into the bucket, after a lot of scraped knuckles and a ruined manicure, the actual product is very good. Pure white and light as air, like tapioca flour should be. I’d have given it five stars if not for the ridiculous industrial-style packaging. It was seriously bad enough to make me want to buy a different brand next time!

Makes great dog treats
I use this for my dog treats adding pumpkin, egg and drop of oil. Sometimes I add banana or peanut butter or salmon and the dogs love it. The treats come out gummy like and don’t fall apart or crumble in your pocket.
