Slimming World Take 5

Great book with plenty of receipes to choose from just a real shame the seller is charging a lot more than the £4.95 it cost originally even adding in p&p.

Absolutely brilliant, most of the ingredients are store cupboard ones so no need to buy a whole load of new produce.

Only 5 ingredients so very easy to follow. I’ve even started adding “free” ingredients as I’ve gotten more confident.

Overall good

I would not normally buy anything that had been used before but took a chance on the rating it had been given. I was not disappointed it was in very good condition and is a great Sliming World recipes book.

I have this book myself and I bought this for my brother who on his own and has had to start cooking for himself. Price is bit of a rip off - £4.95 on the book paid £17. Altough it is used and in good condition still think it id overpriced. Did arrive on time though. Not wasy to get if you are not a member of slimming world.

Easy to understand

Some recipes are too simple but a handy "go to" book for busy people.
