Mild flavor...I prefer a more robust flavor. Yellow color...I prefer greener color. But for the price, I am happy.And I am especially happy it is made with 100% Greek-grown and processed olives.

When I lived in Europe, one of my favorite restaurants served Eleia as its house olive oil. I've been ordering at home by the 1/2 liter bottle since I moved back to the states, until I found the 3 liter option. It's the best all-purpose olive oils I've found, great to cook with, and easily high quality enough to serve with bread, or with a salad. We use it multiple times a day and can't say enough about it. 3 liters lasts us about 10 weeks.

To my palate, the flavor of this olive oil is the best I've ever had. It is delicate and complex, with layers of mild flavors, and floral overtones. It has a nice warm green color, and an expiration date that is 9 months away, so plenty of time for us to use it while its fresh.I will buy this again!
