Great value and comfort
Adjustable to tighten up around the neck and waist to keep you warm. Sleeves are a little long, but velcro tightens them too. Very warm even before zipping it up. Zipper on the left takes some getting used to.

Good Jacket
I am 6’3” 170lbs with a 32” waist and chose a size large, which worked out perfectly. Large enough to fit my height and long arms, not too large to be off looking. Has tons of useful pockets, the front pockets can even accommodate a compact pistol with comfort if you so desired. It is only one single layer of insulation, which is very soft fabric, so it will keep you warm in cooler weather with a tee, further layers if it is snow and ice etc, common sense for layering. The outer shell is water repellent from what I can tell and does not get dirty too easily, however I have not taken it to the lengths where I would be in dirty conditions. I would give 5 stars but there is one flaw, not overly glaring but annoyance- the edibles have a zipper sewn in, which has a strip of abrasive fabric on the inside, which is less than pleasant to have rubbing constantly. I will probably try to glue or stick on a patch to cover this area someday, but it does not break the jacket in total form or function. I’d give 4.5 if possible.

It's not a turtle neck
Left handed zipper! Gasps! It's common to find a left handed zipper on "tactical" garments. I actually prefer it as my right hand tends to be the more dexterous of the two. I can pull a zipper with my teeth... left handed zipper ftw.I'm 5'11 and 185lbs with a 42 chest and the medium fits me almost perfectly. Arm length, shoulder, neck, chest, waist fits are all perfect. I can strap the cuffs down over a pair of m-pacts and at full extension they will not pull up my wrists. I would like to see a couple more inches in the length of the jacket though when I lift both my arms above my head the tail will lift above the belt slightly.Lots of pockets. Almost every single pocket except the one at your wrist have a rubber reinforced headphone ports.Hood adjustment bungie's are hidden inside breast pockets. Hook and loop hood storage flap. Nice visor and hood fits well. I have no fear wind will blow it off. However... it is sewn across (shoulder to shoulder) instead of down the crown (forehead to back) which gives it a slight "Micky Ear" look. Not a deal breaker.Windproof, matte, and reasonably quiet shell. Fleece lined. Pit-vent zippers do touch your skin when wearing a short sleeve. Could of used some zipper protection. No hand pockets. Don't expect to keep your hands warm in them. But it cuts down on waist bulk.Overall, I am very pleased with this jacket for the money. It's most things you could ask for while not causing the anxiety of messing it up while wearing it for it's intended purpose.

Love it
I work at the Garden Shop so this code works on many levels. I’m outside in the cold and it rains but it has many pockets to hold things like box cutters flashlights gloves. Perfect for my job and it keeps you very warm and dry

order 1 size smaller than USA sizing.
I am a 42' chest and 5'6 in height, and normally a large in size. I ordered a medium size garment. The sizing does in fact run large and glad that I followed advice and ordered one size smaller and ordered a medium. The jacket fits well and leaves ample room for layering without looking like I'm wearing a over sized sack. After 3 days of wearing during the near constant Seattle rain, the garment has proven to be very water resistant, quick drying, wind proof, and warm in 40-50 degree weather. So far the jacket is a great deal and frankly a steal for the price. My quest is to find a Tactical jacket that has more reflective safety features in other than the darker colors.

Would be 5-star if a smidge bigger
I work outdoors all day. Now that the cold has begun to set in I wanted a lightweight jacket that was reasonably priced, windbreaker, water proof or resistant, and had good-sized pockets. This checked off all boxes.I've only worn it twice but have no severe complaints. One day I was actually sweating a bit despite it being 35 or so degrees outside.I ordered a US large (XL on tag), which is my standard size. It's a bit snug in the chest and slightly short at the arms (though my arms are a bit long), but I was afraid the next size up would be just too big. I'd rather have it a little small.Overall I've been very satisfied with the jacket.

Rivals quality of jackets that are much more expensive for little!
I'm an EMT in the United States, my department spends lots of money on uniforms and jackets especially, 5.11 tactical usually supplies our jackets, however I found this jacket on amazon because our department did not supply a soft shell. This soft shell is breathable, warm, and versitile, plenty of pockets for gloves and other medical supplies. The cuffs at the wrists are nice and heavy duty, the velcrow on the shoulders allows quick adding and removal of department patches of style changes, all in all, I have recommended this jacket to all my co-workers and would do so to you as well. This is the same caliber as 5.11, for much less price

Great Jacket
Great Jacket! Especially for the price. I've worn this in some fairly nasty weather and stayed dry the entire time. Definitely recommend.
