Great iron
Excellent iron. Thought it might be too heavy but it's fine and really shifts the creases.

An adequate iron.
This is my third Phillips iron and they give years of service. This one is different in that it has a collection point for hard water deposits, and the temperature dial is back to front from the previous irons! There was no stand with it or a filler for the water which previous irons came with. One plus is the fact it states it will run on tap water.

A Very Good Which? Recommended Iron
I always consult Which? when buying electrical items. This iron is a Which? best buy. Only used it a couple of times so far but it seems a very good steam iron.

Good iron for the price
This is actually the second iron I have bought. I bought the first for my mum about 3 months ago and bought one for myself when ours broke recently. I did a fair bit of research before buying the first one and this iron came out well for the price in Which surveys. Very impressed with it. We like a heavy iron and this is heavy.

Best iron Ive ever had
This iron came out best in Which reviews. It works well in every way. I liked it so much I bought one for my daughter too.

Nice iron but the handle grip isn't quite right
Its a quick heating iron and very efficient but the plastic moulded grip on the iron isn't the most comfortable and the iron's centre of balance isn't quite right.

Love this Iron!
I had an old one of these which died on me and had no hesitation to replace it with the newest version. On the steam setting, it glides over linen ironing out all the creases. I am delighted with it. I never fill with tap water though as it is so hard here - always use distilled water as I am sure that this extends the life of the iron.

very heavy
I bought this iron after reading Which review. I have had quite a few Phillips irons and the old one finally gave up. With so many positive reviews I decided to pay more for a good iron. I really regret it! It does iron well but i find the iron very heavy me so lifting on and off stand is not comfortable. Also the cord is too short which limits where I am able to place the ironing board. Other niggles are no cord holder (so I took the one off my old one) and there is no water container. i don't understand why it is so well rated.
