The teapot is adorable! The top doesn't fit perfectly, but I still love having 'proper' tea time with my 3 year old granddaughter... my only caveat to potential buyers is the shipping cost, which is more expensive than the item itself!!!

I had to give it one star because it arrived broken. Something must have happened in shipment to my house. I was so looking forward to using it. May try again in the future.

I just love this little teapot. It is exactly like it is pictured. It came on time, well packed, no damage. It will be a Christmas present and I am sure the person receiving it will enjoy afternoon tea even more than now.

Fantastic!
Was a little sceptical ordering this product after reading reviews of it arriving broken however I am happy to say it was well packed and protected in transit. The tea for one set itself is very cute and exactly as shown in the photos. It makes a fantastic gift and I actually think I need to order one for myself next :)

Amazon sa come risolvere i problemi
La teiera è splendida, molto molto bella e di buona qualità, davvero deliziosa, molto british garden style. La parte migliore però è come il servizio clienti Amazon ha risolto il problema di un' assurda consegna effettuata da poste italiane. Con estrema gentilezza, attento alla soddisfazione del cliente, l'addetto mi fa fatto sentire "coccolata". Amazon, sempre di più!
