Objectively I feel that it is a great product - it is a comprehensive multivitamin however I simply cannot get over the smell of the capsule. I am not weak stomached but it makes me shudder every morning when I take it. I will finish the bottle and see if this brand has other options. The capsules are reasonably sized, easy to swallow and I appreciate the flip-top lid of the bottle.

Number #1 vitamin brand from third party testing. This brand really absorbs into your body like no other vitamin brand does. Highly recommend them. I tried the one a day but too big and got stuck in my throat so switched to 2 a day capsules. Much better but still has the awful smell and taste that lingers.

Good multi vitamin from a company I trust. I only take one day because I also take their calcium supplement and I don't want to overload vitamin D.

I'm happy with this brand. I aspire to take it the same time each day, but never do, and can say that for me, when I take it in the evening, it doesn't disrupt my ability to fall and stay asleep (I've always heard the B's can affect the Z's). I also only take one a day rather than two. I might increase it in the future but unless my dr suggests that it's not helpful for me to reduce the amount, I'm content.
